Brushing off another one of her headaches, she got ready to visit Jisoo.
When she finally reached her destination, she knocked on his door very gently, something Jisoo knew only Nari would do.
"Hi Jisoo!" Nari said cheerily, grinning.
"Hey lil' sis," he replied, hugging her before allowing her into his home.
"So, how's life?" He continued, playfully shoving her onto the couch. Nari laughed out loud and softly punched him in the shoulder.
They talked and laughed for hours. Nari told him everything, everything except for how she felt about Mingyu.
"Oh, how's Mingyu by the way?" Nari finally asked the burning question.
"Hmm," Jisoo smirked.
"He's doing great!"
"He has a better pay after a promotion, plenty of friends, an optimistic attitude and...
a crush on you."
Nari felt her face heat up.
"What in the world?"
"How could he possibly have a crush on me? That's impossible!" Nari exclaimed in an exaggerated tone.
"Don't ask me,"
I watched skeptically as he grabbed my phone, swiftly keyed my passcode in and saved a new number onto my contacts.
"Ask him."
I looked at what he had done and raised a brow.
