sorry for the wait, but here's the prologue :) I am thinking about turning this into a normal fic instead of a short one. Depends on the feedback.

"Is this relationship even real to you?" Zayn spat, bringing more tears down Liam's face.
But the sadness that was clouding Liam's mind suddenly turned into anger, seeing Zayn stand in front of him and accuse him of never believing in their relationship just made his blood boil.
Their relationship used to mean the world to him. Used to.
He doesn't know anymore, he doesn't know where he went wrong or where they went wrong but somehow, somewhere they failed and here they are fighting. Every single day, every single night. Liam didn't know how to stop or how to fix it.
They were breaking apart ever so slowly.
"W-We should stop before this goes too far" Liam mumbled quietly, looking away from Zayn because he doesn't want to see the look of hate on his face. It pained him every single time his eyes witnessed it.
"Oh! So you can go back to your fucking lover boy?" Zayn questioned, trying to hide every single thought of pain that was breaking him apart. He wanted Liam to know he was angry with him, just angry. He didn't hate him. Zayn could never hate Liam but if only he knew.
"Will you please stop?" Liam pleaded, his eyes brimming with tears again.
Zayn wanted to, he honestly did but he was angry and shit, he just wanted to let it all out.
"How long have you been going at it with him behind my back, huh? How foolish was I to actually think that you were in love with me?"
"I love you Zayn...so much" Liam whispered, he walked forward, his hands reaching out to cup Zayn's face so that his hazel eyes would lock with his own. "I am sorry for what happened but you have to believe me Zee, he was drunk and he just came on me and I didn't know what to do and then you just came and..."
Zayn stared at Liam, slightly leaning into his warm hands.
But this was it.
"I think we need a break" Zayn whispered as he pushed Liam's hands off him and turned around.
"W-What?" Zayn closed his eyes, his heart breaking at the pain visible in Liam's voice but he couldn't back down now.
"We're over"

So that was the prologue...a bit short but I hope it gave yo an idea about what story is going to be like...
So yeah.
