Since Connie and Steven had told everyone, they dicied to go on a date. It was a bit chilly, so Steven summoned his bubble. Connie couldn't help but laugh," You're so funny Steven!""Is that why you love me?" Steven asked, nudging Connie playfully. "One reason." Connie replied hugging Steven. They arrived at the big donut, the place they had chosen for the date. "hey Steven and Connie!" greatted Sadie," What are you two doing here?" "We're here to start our date." Steven explained. "Oh well I'm happy for you two! What would ya'll like to eat?" Steven and Connie ordered and thanked Sadie. They started to head towards the beach, and to their supprise saw Garnet walking towards them. "Hello Steven and Connie." Garnet called," Sorry for interupting your date, but we need you two for fusion training." "That's fine." Connie said.
Stevonnie was training with the holo-pearls, when one turned into Steven. Stevonnie didn't know how it was possible but she shouted," Watch out!" As she hit the ground, she unfused Connie went running as Steven called for her. Steven was comforting her when Garnet heard them. "Hold the phone, now give the phone to me."
*one paragraph and a highly anticipated song later*
Steven and Connie were sitting on the steps as they saw a highly fustrated Peridot walk by, Amethyst in toe. "The two had been avoiding each other for the last few days. "Will. You. Just. STOP!" Amethyst yelled, tackling Peridot. "Listen, I have something to tell you. I love you." Amethyst admitted. Peridot was speechless, Amethyst had just said what she wanted to say to her." I-i like you to!" Peridot replied. Amethyst kissed Peridot on the cheek. Neither of them noticed Steven sand Connie until they heard,"AWWWW!" "Argh, Steven, Connie! What brings you out here?" Peridot said. "Oh stop P-dot they saw the whole thing!" Amethyst said," but not a word to the others, ok?" Steven replied with," but you do plan to tell them right?" With a laugh, they all headed to the temple. The moon was right above them, so Steven stole a kiss from Connie as did Amethyst from Peridot.
