I kind of changed the story abit so Lucas doesn't actually know Steve is Lauryns step dad so please just go with it I promise I'll go back in abit and change the last bit of chapter 16 thank you my lovelies hope you enjoy the story .

Lauryns POV ~

It was Steve who threw the rock and the window and nearly killed me not to mention Lucas  , urgggggh that fucking bastard has pulled the last straw .First he minipulates my mother into dating him then he trys to abuse me (lets just say it didn't go well for him ,like he ended up in surgery bad ) and then he gets fucking married to my mother who is too niave to see passed his bloody lies urghhhh . Was it not enough for him to ruin my life back home but now he decides to fucking screw me up in America . How he even found me is absolutely out of the question , I mean I was kiddnapped for gods sake even I don't know where I am . Too say I'm losing it is under resitmating the situation .

"Oh shit not this again , Lauryn you need to calm down you hear me calm down before you rip someones head off." Lucas says to me after obviously seeing my state of mind .

"I'm fine " Ireply through gritted teeth , obviously I lied it's not exactly like I would say I can't because I'm a nut case who can't control her own anger , would I ? That could lead to Lucas regretting me as his mate and to be honest I'm becoming quite attached to him but I'll never tell him that .

"Lauryn you're clearly not fine any fool can see that whoever this 'Steve ' guy is he's not on your good side there fore he's not on mine " He says whilst he embraces me into a hug , that actually calmed me down fro once may be I could actually get paced my temper or perhaps it was Lucas I  mean when ever hes pissed off I always want to touch him and console him so perhaps its a mate thing but either way its getting rid of my problem.

"Thank you " I say

"For what ?" he asks totally confused , even if Ican't see his face I can imagine the look on his face and man it is funny in my head

"For not judging me because of my temper "

"Princess i would never ever dream of doing that to you ,have you even seen when I get angry I turn into a fucking wolf for christ sake ." Lucas jokes trying to lighten the mood and no surprise it worked I couldn't stop laughing for ten minutes .

After I had calmed down Lucas picked me up bridal style then sat down in my chair which really confused me , why go through that much just to sit down for gods sake. Men humph .

"Princess?" Lucas says, whilst running his fingers up and down my hair which cause shocks to course round my body .

"Mmmmm"  i murmured tohim as a reply for yes

" Do you mind me asking who this Steve guy is ?" Lucas asks cautionously and to be fair I don't blame him .

I tensed at that name " Urgh Steve is well ... he's my step dad " I say the words felt like poison as they rolled off my tounge.

"WHAT" Lucas shouts down my ear , i wouldn't be surprised if i was now perminatly half deft .

"Yeah that idiot that put a hole in your house is my fucking excuse of a step dad , I know he shouldn't and I've told my mother tp get a divorce or something , but she won't listen she to love struck and nieve to even see  his lies and secrets ."

"I'm going to kill that mother fucking asshole !" Lucas roars and either there was a small earthquake or his shouts of unnessercary language shook the whole house which means the others will be here in exactly 5,4,3,2,1 ... Bam the door swung open and nearly off its hinges .

"What the hell was that !"Ellie shouts at us as Hunter , Jason and surpisingly Morgan bow their heads in respect .

"Oh that was just Lucas losing it as I told him about my delightful step dad you remember the ass hole right ?" I said sweetly towards Morgs and Elle .

"Urmmm ... Oh yeah you mean the one you didn't tell you ran away  to America  i fact you only told  your mum and dad about it , whilst Steve was on a bussiness trip ?" Morgan asks  

"A little too much detail ther Morgs but yes that'll be the one " I say less enthusiasticly

"Didn't he try to beat you up at one point ?" Elle asks genuinelly not remembering

"HE DID WHAT !!!!!!" Lucas powerful voice yet again caused the house to shake and I'm petty sure somthing smashed downstairs

"Yeah he did thanks for that Elle " I said the last bit with sarcasium rolling off me in waves "But the key word there is tried do you not remember me sending him off to surgery and getting grounded for like a year." This made Lucas calm down abit but before he could say any thing the doorbell rang

"Well who could that be it must be very important I think I will go check " I say and before anyone could interject I run out the room and down the stairs.
