Chapter 22

Lucas pov ~

I'm currently leaning against my bathroom door in my room , with only a towel wrapped around my waist watching my precious mate as she dreams  and it is the most calming and adorable sight I have ever seen, wow okay now I'm starting to sound like a stalker/ girl.

scenes from last night swirl in my head, that sensational kiss downstairs was pure bliss then after we left everyone downstairs, I had one of the best nights if not THE best night of my existence.

Flashback~

We had left behind are friends and Lauryns mom and possible cousin not quiet sure of the details for that one , any way we had left them behind to deal with the drama of the evening whilst we entered the main corridor leading to the stairs .

"That was .... I I don't know quiet how to describe it " lauryn announced

"well that's a first you speechless now I'm astounded , well here let me refresh our memories." I said before crashing my lips onto hers , this kiss wasn't as soft or as gentle as the other one but it was full of passion and heat .Our lips moving still in sync but it was more aggressive as we both were almost desperate to feel the amazing touch of one an others lips on each other. 

I moved my hands from around her waist to roam her perfect body whilst she started to tug at my hair gently . I started to deepen the kiss but she wouldn't let me making my pull away and pout like a little pup.

"awe your pouting that's so cute, but just so you know I have  a very valid reason as to why we have stopped and that reason is because my mother and your super hearing friends are in the room right next to us" this brought a smile across my face as she wasn't rejecting me which is what I thought at the time .

" Well in that case " I picked her up bridal style and carried her up towards my room placing light kisses across her collar bone and finally to where I would mark her as mine so the whole world could see. when I placed one feather light kiss on her weak spot she moaned in such pleasure before attacking my lips with hers and cleverly menovering her legs so they were tangled around my torso which made me moan, lauryn then took that opportunity to deepen the kiss much to my amusement. She must have felt the smirk across my face as she started to slightly shake her head from side to side and pull away from the kiss.     

"You know no matter what the occasion you always seem to have that bloody smirk plastered across your face. You know that right? " she asks me whilst grinning which is very cute as I don't think I've seen her look as carefree as she is right here with me and I give her a smile not my usual smirk or grin but a smile that she has coursed .

"Lauryn may I ask you something ? " I say whilst messing with her soft untamed hair.

"Anything " she replies whilst caressing my face with her slim white as snow hand , sending chills and sparks coursing through my body.

"Will you my precious mate go on a date with me ?" I say this  to her and for the first time I'm actually nervous around her as she makes her decision. A smile gapes on her face and her eyes twinkle with delight and excitement.

"Of course I will go on a date with you " she says making me let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding and relief flows through me .And I give her a gentle kiss on the lips for only a second before pulling away. She giggled at my response and then let out a deep *yawn* making me chuckle.

"looks like someone's tired" I accuse her whilst she just nods her head in agreement .And I start moving towards my room yet again with my beautiful mates head resting on my shoulders as she falls to sleep . When I reach my room I place her on my bed and cover her in my sheets before getting in the bed myself and eventually falling into a deep sleep.

FLASHBACK OVER~

I sigh after the memory finishes and decide to wake my sleeping beauty up ,but before even taking a step my phone on the other side of the room goes off  and I make my way towards it .

"Hello"

"Lucas Ashton Grey ! How dare you not tell me you have found your mate for gods sake " A familiar voice shrieks at me down the phone making me making me let out a deep sigh great just what I needed.

"Mom , she wasn't accustomed to our way of living when I first met her so I thought I'd fill her in first" Which wasn't a total lie just the truth but with some details left out .

"I don't care I want to meet her . ME and your Father are getting in the car as we speak "

"But Mom "I whine "She's still asleep"

"At this time in the day get that child up for havens sake what would her mother say "

"Well actually she's asleep as we speak as well " I mumble under my breath but unfortunately she heard me .

"Her mother is there great did you tell everyone but me and your father? "

"No actually , and by the way how did you find out about Lauryn?"

"Lauryn what a beautiful name and urmm oh yes Hunter told me this morning over the phone after boasting to me about his  new  mate  'Elle' I think it is , anyway we'll be over in about 10 see you then." Urgh great just my luck .

Tanks for reading and I'm really sorry for my horrible romantic scene as I'm not particularly good at those scenes.
