Connie's eyes widened massively as her entire body froze up. Her mind couldn't quite comprehend what was going on, until....

She pushed pearl off of her. The pale gem immediately apologised, looking immensely nervous.

Connie wanted to say something, but her mind went blank as she stared at pearl.

Pearl had this look on her face that connie had never seen her make before. It looked like a mix of fear, regret and pain, until she turned and sprinted off.

Connie snapped out of the haze over her head, dashing after her, grabbing her wrist.

"I-i'm sorry connie!" pearl stammered, connie's grip tightening. "i-"

"Don't apologise" connie murmered, before pulling pearl rather violently in for another kiss.

Pearl leant into it, although her entire being was telling her what she was doing was so, so wrong.

Rose made this mistake.

With that thought in mind, she pulled back again. Connie was staring at her differently now, with clouded eyes and a massive blush covering her face.

Pearl took a step back.

"Connie...."

"Please pearl, forget about what's right or wrong for a moment" connie begged "I love you"
