* Shawn's POV *
I can't wait to be able to hold her in a few hours. Mel and I have had this thing go on for about three months and it's going so well, besides the fact that my drinking is out of control and I don't want anyone to know as yet. It's hard to explain, it's not that I'm ashamed of Mel, she's the most beautiful and popular girl in school. It's the fact that once people know your business, that's when things get nasty. It's lunch and I see Mel sitting with her girls on the stands they're all talking but she's on her phone. I can't help but think who she is texting. I meet up with the guys and we all sit around our table and talk a bunch of bullshit about girls, sports and girls. These guys are morons sometimes. While we are on the topic of colleges and what colleges offer what sports kyle stares at his screen, " guys, Mel has a new boyfriend?" I laugh knowing that she probably captioned a new picture with a mysterious quote about a guy and knowing it's for me. "What makes you think she has a boyfriend?" Ryan asked, just as curious as kyle is. "There's this picture with some guy, they're together at the mall or something. Never seen him before. " Wait, what.
