* Shawns POV *
* Melody's phone rings * "hello?" "Uh yeah, I will be there around 8am" "okay see you then" who is phoning Mel at 2am?
*Melody's alarm goes off*
I feel her return to my side and rest her head on my chest. She's half awake but still pretty much asleep, she looks beautiful.
* Melody's POV *
My alarm has gone off and quite frankly I would much rather stay in bed here with Shawn, my head is on his chest and I can hear his heartbeat. The rhythmical beat he has, it brings peace to myself. Knowing he is here, in my bed. "We should get up" I suggest knowing he won't be thrilled with the idea and his grunting proves me right. He rolls over and squishes my body and plants kisses all over my face causing a giggle to escape my mouth. This is too much happiness for the morning. Eventually at 7:15 we manage to get out of bed. He had a quick shower while I get dressed and go downstairs to see my parents.
" Carol we need to think this through, I'm leaving tonight, can we not wait till I get back?" I hear my mom and dad talking in the kitchen as I come down the stairs. "Going tonight? So soon dad?" He just got here. "Morning melon, uh yeah, something came up" I can tell he is lying. "What do you guys have to think through? Is everything okay?" After asking this my mother (Carol) looks down, I hope everything is okay.
