You both got up and ran downstairs. Hunter looked extremely awkward and you felt the same. You both sat down at the table. Hunter sat across from you. The whole meal he was staring at you, and kicking your feet under the table. You couldn't help but laugh and smile back.
"so y/n, y/n/m, do you like it in Arizona?" Christine asked
"It's a lot better than California for sure!" Y/m/n responded
"yeah haha" You agreed
"so why did you move?" Christine asked.
"for my job, and because well.." Y/m/n paused
"what mom?" I asked, a little confused
"forget about it y/n." She told me, "Don't worry."
"okay.." you said unsurely
