Chapter 14

'What!' Lance exclaimed, 'Are you kidding me?' He burst out laughing as Celestia and Claire gave him a recount of what happened last night. 'I wish I was there,' 'Actually,' Claire cut in, 'You don't, because if you were there, it would give me a harder time to come up with an excuse.' 'But seriously, that was close. If you two had been caught, I'd have to stay for another six years at Hogwarts with only Lance. And there would be no way I could do that,' Lysander said, in a concerned tone.

   Lance rolled his eyes and said sarcastically, 'Yeah, I love you too, Sandy.' 'What have I said about you calling me Sandy!' 'Nothing. You only said not to call you Sander. Besides, you call me by my nickname all the time, what's the big deal?' Lysander took a deep breath, 'The big deal is that your nickname isn't embarrassing.'  The twins continued bickering as Claire rolled her eyes as sighed, 'Boys.' At that time, Draco came with Crabbe and Goyle tagging along.

   'I had the most wonderful rest last night, didn't you?' Draco exclaimed, a bit too loudly. 'Didn't you have a wizard's duel to do yesterday night?' Celestia told him, raising her eyebrow. Draco seemed rather taken aback by Celestia's comment. 'I bet he was too much of a coward to go. It's no wonder why he didn't get sorted to Gryffindor,' Lance sniggered. Draco narrowed his eyes and said, 'How did you know?' Celestia thought, 'Honestly, how did Claire hear Draco? I mean an average person would not have been able to hear from that far. Maybe she just has an abnormally good sense of hearing.'

   Although Celestia was unsatisfied with that answer, she decided to ignore it. 'Maybe next time, you should speak more quietly,' Claire deadpanned. The four of them left the Slytherin common room, heading towards the Great Hall. Today was Halloween and breakfast was more delicious than usual. Classes that day was pretty normal. But during Charms, professor Flitwick announced that they would start learning Flying charms soon.  That excited Celestia and Draco made the mistake of saying, 'I could do a Flying charm easy,'

   Professor Flitwick managed to hear that and he exclaimed, 'Marvellous! Then you would be able to show us!' Draco eyes widened as he said, 'Okay...' But he was uncertain. 'This is going to be entertaining, Celestia whispered to Lysander, who was going to be her Charms partner. Draco took out his wand and said sheepishly, 'Oh dear, seems that I have forgotten the incantation for the charm,' However, Professor Flitwick replied, 'It's easy, really. It's "Wingardium Leviosa,"'

   Draco took out his wand and said, 'Wingardium Leviosa!' But he said it wrong. Instead of flying, his feather quill smacked him in the face. Everyone immediately started laughing. While clutching his nose, Draco shouted, 'My father will hear about this!' Professor Flitwick had to send Draco to the hospital wing while everyone else was dismissed.

   At the Great Hall, thousands of live bats fluttered around, one accidentely smacking Lysander. 'Are you okay?' Celestia asked, concerned. Lysander went scarlet and replied, 'I'm fine.' They got seated and started eating. Suddenly, midway through, a distressed-looking Quirrell ran towards Headmaster Dumbledore.

   The entire Hall went silent as he said, 'Troll- in the dungeons- thought you ought to know.' With that, he simply fainted.

   There was an uproar. It took several purple firecrackers exploding from the end of Dumbledore's wand to bring silence. 'Prefects,' he rumbled, 'Bring your houses back to the dormitories immediately.'

    As Anastasia was about to lead the Slytherin house back to the common room, she stopped dead in her tracks. 'Why aren't we moving? Haven't you heard that there is a troll on the loose?' Draco complained. 'Haven't you heard that there is a troll in the dungeons?' Matthias spat. 'Yeah, so?' Draco asked, still not getting the point. 'Slytherin dormitories are also in the dungeons,' Matthias replied.

Look, I know what I said. I said I would probably update on Wednesday and today is a Monday so, sorry. Here you go with another chapter which really raised some SIRIUS questions. Har-di-har-har. Not. Okay bye and sorry for leaving ya'll on a cliffhanger. But in my defence, today is a weeknight, I have school tomorrow and its getting late. Okay, bye! Gotta Z A Y N.
