Chapter 11

Luke's POV
Twins?! No way! My jaw dropped in shock and I stared down at Ollie. He had a large smile on his face. "Want to see them now?" Rose's voice brought my attention back to her. "Yes please." Ollie replied excitedly. Smiling, Rose pointed to the screen. "Those right there are your babies. Looking closer I could see two peanut shaped objects. "Wow!" I breathed out slowly. "Would you like to hear their heartbeats?" Rose said quietly not wanting to interrupt our moment. I nodded, not trusting my voice. Rose pushed a button and suddenly the sound of two heartbeats filled the room. My eyes started to go misty and I felt Ollie grab my hand. Smiling down at him, I gently squeezed his hand back and I could see that he was openly crying. Reaching out my other hand I softly wiped away his tears as they fell. "You know it didn't really feel real to me at first, but now seeing them and all, suddenly it's like I can feel them there." Ollie whispered to me and I nodded. "I know babe. I feel that way as well." I replied softly as I leaned down and gave him a soft kiss. It was then that I heard the sound of a door being opened and I realized that at some point Rose had wiped of Ollie's stomach and had turned off the machines and left the room. Looking up to see who it was, I was surprised to see Josh standing there. Judging be the look on his face I knew he was just as shocked as I was. His eyes travelled from me to Ollie who was behind me. Ollie let out a small yelp and rushed to cover himself up. Thankfully I had been blocking Josh's view of his stomach and Ollie had time to cover himself. "Luna, is everything alright?" Josh asked looking anxious and slightly confused. "I'm fine umm." Ollie trailed off. "Josh." He said still openly staring at me mate. "What brings you here Josh?" I questioned him. "Oh, I saw Rose Ron out of here and I picked up the scent of a pregnant wolf so I came to see who it was. Sorry I guess I entered the wrong room." Josh rambled as he swiftly averted his eyes. Ollie chuckled at Josh's flustered self. "Is this your beta then?" He asked me. I smiled and nodded. "Yes this is my beta, Josh Dremner." Ollie nodded thoughtfully. "Then you would know that I'm his mate right?" When Josh nodded, Ollie continued. "Then I see no harm in hiding the fact that I'm pregnant." And with that he lifted his sweater revealing his small baby bump. I swung my head around to see Josh's reaction and was not disappointed. His jaw dropped and his eyes grew as wide as dinner plates. "I've heard of this happening but I've never actually seen it in real life." Josh looked amazed and Ollie grinned. "So I guess my scent has changed?" Ollie asked and Josh and I nodded. "It's not super noticeable, however you definitely have a more motherly smell about you." I said and Ollie looked surprised. "I'm guessing that they'll call me mama then?" He questioned and I nodded with a chuckle. He groaned and closed his eyes. "Wait, they? There's more then one?" Josh froze. "Yep. We're having twins." I smiled widely and laid my hand over Ollie's stomach. With that news, Josh hit the floor in a dead faint.
