CHAPTER VIII: IT BEGINS

(Résh's P.O.V)

I woke up early the next day then found Lyra cooking breakfast in the kitchen.

"Where did you get the ingredients?" I asked.

"Jake got me them," she answered.

I just nodded then sat on the table. After some time, the rest of them started coming into the kitchen.

"Good morning, everyone," Lyra said with a smile.

"What's so great about it?" said Clark.

I glared at Clark, "What's your problem?"

"Oh, I don't know, maybe because we're wasting time or something?" he answered sarcastically.

"Then what do you want us to do, not plan out everything!?" I asked.

"Yeah, he's got a point. We should think of a plan," said Titus.

"I don't even know where to find what we're supposed to be looking for." I said as I put my fingers on my forehead.

"We know." said Jake.

"Yeah, that's why Ms. Savina made us come with you guys." Iya said.

"If she or you know where to find them then why didn't she just ask you to get it in the first place?" Clark asked impatiently.

"Then we would never know where to find your dad or Résh's parents." Titus answered as he sighed then crossed his arms.

I also sighed myself, "Where can we find the wanted ingredients?" I asked.

"Simple, we can find them if we go to the Kingdom of Dun Broch for the blood, Berk for the scale," Jake began.

"To the kingdom of Corona for the hair and the kingdom of Arendelle for the heart," Iya continued.

"Aren't those different countries which would need a plane to get to and a lot of money?" asked Hiro. He's got a really good point.

"Not if you can find another free way." Jake smirked.

"We have Jack's snow globe." Lyra said.

"I guess I could ask North for another one," Jack said.

"What if he said no?" Titus asked.

"He will probably oblige if I tell him what we'll do with it." Jack said.

"Then you should probably go and tell him, Jack." Lyra said.

"Uh-huh." Jack nodded then left using the snow globe. I confess I'm still amused how the snow globe works.

"Anyways, while my brother still has something to do, I suggest we split into two teams, by fours to make this faster and let's agree where to head first." said Jake

"I agree." I said.

"Okay, Team A would go to Berk and Team B would go to Dun Broch first, what do you say?" said Jake.

"Sounds good." said Titus.

"I think I prefer to go to Berk." I said.

"I'll go with you, Résh." Iya said.

"Me too." Hiro said.

I noticed Clark remained silent the whole time. I sighed, wondering what's with him and why is he like that all the time.

"Okay so I think me and my brother will go to Dun Broch." Jake said.

"I'll come with you guys," said Titus.
