CHAPTER V: THE CATCH

Ms. Savina invited us to dinner, the food was exquisite and we all got our stomachs full but I kept on wondering when Clark will come back. We were sitting at the long table in Ms. Savina's dining room. I was clenching my fists the whole time.

"Why, what is the matter, Résh dear?" Ms. Savina asked.

"I've been meaning to ask, do you know where Cloud Strife, Noctis Lucis Caelum and his wife may be?" I asked.

"You mean your parents? Why of course I do." she chuckled.

The others' attention was caught by what Ms. Savina just said.

"Really?" I said.

"Can you tell us where they are, Ms. Savina?" Lyra asked.

"Yes, I would tell you but you have to do something for me first." she said as she drank from the wine glass.

"Just as I thought," I heard Hiro mumble but I guess nobody else but me heard him.

Our attention was caught by Iya entering the room who was now wearing an emotionless face.

"Iya!" Lyra stood then hugged her; she twitched a bit but hugged Lyra back anyways.

"Now, if you'll follow me, I'll tell you what you need to do." said Savina as she leads the way upstairs, we all followed except for Jake and Iya.

"Guys aren't you coming?" asked Jack.

"We'll be right up," said Jake with a thumbs up.

Savina led us to a strange room full of weird tubes filled with who knows what.

"What do you want?" I asked, I got so impatient for I felt uneasy here in this room.

"Simple," she poured strange chemicals or potions in the cauldron of the room.

Her voice became serious unlike her calm voice earlier, "I want..."

Red as blood smoke out of the cauldron, "...blood of a brave princess,"

Then smoke as green as the grass, "...scale of a Night Fury dragon,"

Then yellow as sunlight, "...the power of a golden hair from the sun,"

Then icy blue smoke came, "...and an ice queen's frozen heart,"

"What!? Where on earth can we find all of those?" asked Jack.

"Don't worry my dearies, Jake and Iya will come with you. They know exactly where to find those." she smirked creepily till she disappeared.

The room's light also disappeared with her; I clenched my fists and gritted my teeth. I felt angry and confused.

"I can't believe this!" I screamed.

"Résh, calm down," Lyra said worriedly as she touches my shoulder.

"How am I supposed to calm down? I thought finding the Water Guardian was the answer!" I felt tears stream down my cheek.

Lyra hugged me, "Résh..."

"Don't worry Résh, we will help you." said Jake.

"As Ms. Savina said, we know where to find them." Iya patted my shoulder.

"Then let's not waste anymore time," I said as I wipe my tears.

"We still need to wait for Clark and Titus to come back," said Lyra.

She's right and from the looks of it, I think all of us need to rest.

"By the way, where Ms. Savina did go to?" asked Jack.
