Danger Room

4 weeks later

I walked into the danger room and looked at my small group that I was leading today. "Ok guys to day we will be doing forest training. You will stay in a group and fight as a unit." I said putting on my gloves. "I will be with you at all times I will just be hidden." I said with a smile.

I was explaining the obstacle when I heard the door slide open.

I was surprised to see Kurt.... I mean Nightcrawler walk in his uniform.

"What are you doing here Nightcrawler?" I asked curiously. "The prof said he vanted me to help you vith this obstacle." he explained with a smile.

Who does the Professor think he is! Bringing Kurt in here to help me.... me!

"That's a nice offer Nightcrawler but this is my class." I said walking up to him. We were so close to the point where we were almost touching. "I don't need help." I said crossing my arms.

"Zhe Prof said you vould say zhat." he chuckled. "Look I am only here because he wants to see how we work together." he said. I looked at my class and smiled up at him.

"Ok Nightcrawler you're in. Hope you can keep up." I said with a smug smile. I turned to my class. "Ok lets go."

I opened the door and we all walked in. We were standing in the middle of the room. "Ok so remember Nightcrawler and I will know where you are but we will be hidden." I explained to my students. They all nodded.

"Good lets begin. Simulation on!" I yelled. Then in a matter of seconds I was surrounded by trees. I looked around and smiled.

It looks like home.

I walked and found a stream. I stepped into the water and blend in. I laid on my back and I started to sink. I was not drowning because I could breath under water.

I closed my eyes and slowly started to slip into a deep sleep.

(Flashback)

I was only 4 when it happened. I was siting on a stump watching my dad cut wood for the fireplace tonight.

"Daddy! Can I play in the forest near the steam?" I asked happily. "Why do you like water so much Rainy?" he asked. (He called me Rainy because I liked to walk in the rain without my jacket on.)

"I like how it feels." I said with a smile. He shook his head and laughed. "You are your mothers child. Ok you can go. Just don't go to far." I smiled and ran into the forest.

I walked over to the stream and stuck my feet in and started to splash around. While I was playing I heard a twig snap. I turned and there was no one there. I got scared and started to walk back to the house.

Before I could make it to the house someone slammed me against a tree by my neck!

No it can't be!!!!!!!!

"Well well look what I found." Sabertooth said evilly. I could barely breath. "You look just like your dad." he said. He lifted his free hand and his nails grew longer. I started to blackout.

This is it. I'm going to die.

(Flashback over)

It felt like I was drowning. I was screaming and kicking my legs. I was startled when I felt someone grab me by my shoulders and pull me out of the water.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhh! Simulation off!!!! Simulation off!!!!!" I screamed. I opened my eyes and Kurt was staring at me concerned. My students were standing behind him.

"Class dismissed." he said not breaking eye contact with me. The students left as fast as they could.

"Kaya are you ok?" Kurt asked. I never answered him I just started to cry. Kurt held me in his arms.

A few minutes later Xavier rolled in. I looked up at him with teary eyes.

"It is time to tell me the truth." he stated with a straight face.
