Angel's POV

"What is that? Is that a bruise?"

"Ummm, it's nothing." I said, still covering my arm.

"What happened to your cheek, huh? Are you going to tell me that's nothing too?" Punk said as he tilted my head.

"Jason did this, didn't he? He's dead when I get my hands on him. Why didn't you tell me the truth? Last night you looked me in the eyes and lied!" Punk's tone got angrier with each word.

"Punk, I'm sorry. This is why I didn't tell you, because I knew you would want to kill Jason. He's not worth it. I didn't tell you because you would overreact."

"Overreact!? Don't turn this on me! What do you expect me to do? You're standing in front of me with bruises on your body and you expect me to be okay with it. You should've told me." Punk grabbed his phone and walked off the bus.

"Punk, wait! Where are you going!?" I yelled as tears escaped from my eyes. He ignored me and kept walking. I grabbed my dress, put it on, and walked across the street to the hotel. When I got to my room Sansha was there.

"Why are you crying?" Sansha asked.

"He knows..."

"What?"

"Punk knows...I know...'I told you so' go ahead and say it." I said, wiping my eyes. Sansha didn't say a word, she just hugged me. "Urgh, I'm so stupid I should've told him the truth from the beginning!" I thought aloud.

Punk's POV

I walked over to Randy's tour bus and knocked on the door.

"Hey Phil, come in." I walked past Randy and sat on the couch.

"What has you stirred up?" Randy says as he turns off the tv.

"Angel."

"How?"

"She lied about her trip back to Miami. She lied about Jason. He put his hands on her! Angel has a bruise on her arm and her cheek. She'll be the last person that he'll hit, because I'm flying to Miami tonight!"

"Phil you can't leave, tonight is Raw. You just need to hear her out okay."

"I don't care about Raw right now! Hear her out? She said that she didn't tell me because I would overreact. Am I supposed to just sit back and do nothing!? Am I supposed to be okay with this!? I like Angel, hell, I love her! I told her that I would be by her side every step of the way, so I'm going to start by getting Jason out of her life permanently!" I love her.

"Phil just calm down. Angel had her reasons for not telling you okay."

"Don't tell me to calm down! How come you're a peacemaker all of a sudden? Normally, you would feel the same way. Why aren't you furious, you're the one with anger issues!"

"Because." Randy looked away.

"Because of what, dammit? Tell me what's going on or so help me God I'm going to be on the next flight to Miami!"

"Remember a few days ago when we were on your tour bus, and I got a phone call? Well it was Angel who called, she told me about what happened. I was furious and I made threats. She was afraid of what you would do if you found out. She asked me not to tell you because it's for your own good."

"For my own good? As in what?"

"Not sure, you're going to have to talk to Angel. Just don't do anything stupid."

"I'll talk to her later. I need time to myself." I got up and walked off of Randy's bus.

(Monday Night Raw)

Angel's POV

Sansha and I are sitting in the catering area when Randy walked over to us.

"Hey, Randy." Sansha said, smiling.

"Hey ladies, just wondering have you seen Phil?"

"Not since this morning, he's probably on his way to Miami." I said looking at the ground.

"Hey, he just needs time to cool off, everything will be okay. He came over to my bus and we talked."

"Does he know about our phone call?"

"Yes, I'm sorry. He was starting to get suspicious."

"I hope that he'll understand."

"He'll come around." Randy hugged Sansha and I, then walked away.

"Sansha, what if Punk doesn't come around. I really like Punk."

"He will. Punk cares about you, he's just trying to protect you."

"I hope you're right, I have to go my match is up next."

I waited behind to curtain for my entrance music to start. When it played, I walked out and waved at all the fans. I was there physical, but not mentally. All I could think about was Punk. Once I entered to ring the referee signaled for the bell.

Aksana kicked me in the stomach, I fell to the mat. She continued to dominate the match.

Punk's POV

I was in my locker room thinking, when I hear Angel's theme music coming from the tv. I sat and watched her match, she was getting decimated. Aksana went for her finisher, but Angel countered and rolled her up for a quick pin. 1...2...3...! As the referee held up Angel's arm, Aksana attacked her from behind. She kicked Angel repeatedly.

A part of me was still angry, but couldn't stand seeing her helplessly laying in the ring. As I about to turn off the tv, Paul Heyman and his goons were on their way to the ring.

Angel's POV

"Oh Angel, don't be alarmed. We're just here to apologize. You may ask, apologize for what? Oh I don't know, the fact that Ryback is going to end the career of your savior, CM Punk. Possibly apologizing ahead of time, if you get hurt in process like you did last week." Paul said, smirking as he entered to ring. I speared him and punched him relentlessly. Curtis Axel pulled me off of Paul and restrained my arms. Ryback stood in front of me and rubbed his hand along my cheek. Where is Punk? Is he really that mad at me?

"Punk! Where are you Punk?! You're just going to abandon your little girlfriend? You're going to let her suffer?" Paul shouted as he laughed.

Punk appeared on the stage with a microphone, but instead of talking he dropped it and ran to the ring. Curtis Axel and Ryback let go of me and attacked Punk. I stood there not knowing if I should I run or stay and help Punk. I pulled Curtis off of Punk, he turned around and pushed me to the ground.

"Get out of the ring! Leave!" Punk yelled at me.

As I was walking up the ramp, Ryback and Curtis Axel held Punk as Paul beat him with a kendo stick. The sound of the kendo stick connecting with Punk's flesh echoed throughout the arena. His eyes never left mine. It was as if he was trying to tell me something.
