Angel's POV

After Phil got checked out by the WWE Doctors, we grabbed our luggage, went to his tour bus to relax and rest our aching bodies. After showering, we sat down on the couch and cuddled.

"Princess, I'm thinking about staying the rest of the week in Chicago since we're not scheduled for Smackdown and I want you to join me. I can show you around a little bit. Have you ever been before?"

"Nope. I would love to go to Chicago with you. " I said, laying my head on his shoulder.

"Okay I'll call Randy and let him know we're going to Chicago."

"Okay I'll get the rest of my stuff from the hotel and talk to Sansha. When are we going to tell them about us?" I yawned.

"Babe, whenever you're ready." Phil said as he laid his head on top of mine.

"Okay, sounds good." I said, yawning again.

"Let's get you to bed princess." Phil said as he got off the couch and led me to the bedroom. I laid in the bed while Phil took off his shirt, revealing his abs and hip dents, and climbed into bed with me. I rested my head on his chest, fascinated with his heartbeat. It had the same rhythm as mine as if we were connected.

"Goodnight Angel, I love you always and forever."

"Goodnight Punky, I love you too." I lifted my head and he softly kissed me.

(Chicago-Punk's house)

I stood in front of this two story building. Phil and I moved our luggage into his house. He gave me a tour, there was classic comic memorabilia everywhere.

I was almost finished unpacking, when I noticed something shiny at the bottom of my luggage. It was the engagement ring that Jason gave me. What am I going to do with this, I don't want anything that has to do with that S.O.B. All of the memories attached to this ring, it's time to let go. Even though I was with Punk, I knew I wasn't free. All the insults, discouragement, disrespect, and abuse still existed in my mind. Maybe if I get rid of this ring, everything will go along with it, I thought. I walked down the stairs, hoping that Punk wouldn't hear me and follow. I lit the fireplace. I looked at the diamond ring one last time before I threw it into the fire. I stared as the flames engulfed the ring, relieved of all memories. "Finally free of Jason, hopefully it stays this way-" I was interrupted my two familiar arms wrapped around my waist.

"You ok, princess?

"I'm fantastic." I turned around in his arms, threw my arms around his neck, and pressed my lips to his. Our lips moving in sync, tongues fighting for dominance as the kiss deepened. He picked me up with my legs wrapped around his waist and carried me to the bedroom, never breaking the kiss.
