"That's weird. We didn't hear a deer." Aspen said looking back at me and Rain.
"Well what did you hear?" Rain asked with wide eyes.

"We heard a wolf." Spirit said.
"Well then let's get going!" Me and Rain said.
We started to take off galloping. We had galloped several miles by now and decided to rest then take of again. We galloped a little longer but then stopped and walked for the rest of the day. We found a nice little creek to rest at for the night. We all slept standing that night even though are legs were tiered and hurting. It didn't take long to fall asleep. We woke up early and started off again. We stayed alert just in case the stallions did hear a wolf like they said they did. No one talked for a while. It was a silent day. The woods seemed quiet and lively. We don't know what will be ahead of us and we don't really care. I'm just glad I was with Aspen. I love him and I'm pretty sure he loves me. I want to tell him but I just don't know when to. We found a place to sleep and laid down. I woke up early just when the sun started to come up. I grazed and drank from a nearby creek and waited for Aspen to get up. He got up and came to graze with me. We nuzzled each other. Then he said something surprising.
"Ok I can't keep it in any longer!" Aspen said looking at me. "Mist I love you! I want to be with you forever! I never want to be without you!"
"Aspen." I said. "I love you too!"
We nuzzled each other and I looked into his eyes and he looked into mine. A few minutes later Spirit and Rain got up and we started off again. The four of us were so excited! We were near the top of the mountain!
