Mustang Pond Meadow

The next fews days were pretty much the same. Walk all day, sleep by a creek, wake up, repeat. My belly is getting big so I think I will be expecting a foal. Aspen seems to have noticed. I've told Rain and Spirit about it and they were really happy for me. We were walking on day when we noticed the trail was flat.
"I think we are at the bottom of the mountain." Aspen announced.
"Ya!" The foals shouted. "We're almost to our new home!"
We walked on and sure enough we came to the huge meadow. There was a little trail to the right of the meadow where it was cut of by the woods. It was kind of hidden but we found a way to get on it. It lead to the smaller meadow that Aspen was talking about claiming.
"Everyone may I have your attention!" Aspen shouted. "I would like to welcome you to your new home! Mustang Pond Meadow!"
We all rejoiced. The foals squealed and ran around. Spirit and Aspen ran around the border at the meadow. Me and Rain went to the pond to wash off.
"This place is great!" Rain said.
"I know it really is wonderful!" I replied.
"Hey ladies!" Spirit shouted.
"Yes." Me and Rain replied.
"Aspen is off to block the head of the trail that lead here so no one comes here. Especially the humans!" He said.
"That is a very smart idea!" Rain remarked.
"Yes it is." I said.
"Tag your it!" Shouted Blossom.
"I'm gonna get you!" Cake shouted. "Tag!"
While the foals played together me and Rain talked about the foals we are expecting.
"I hope I have a little colt." I told her.
"I know I do too." Rain replied. "But I won't mind if it is a filly."
"Ya know I just have to say Spirit is a very good dad." I say.
"Thank you!" Rain replied. "Aspen is quite a good dad too!"
"I know." I say. "I love him so much and he just does so well with the girls."
"Yes." Rain said. "Spirit seemed to click with Blossom and she seemed to click with him."
"Ya." I reply. "The foals seem to get along with each other as well."
"Yes they do." Rain replies. We talked till it was sunset and got the foals washed off. We all love it here. I hope we never have to leave.
