1:59 - We could hear the metal's clumping footsteps; infuriatingly monotonous. They were debating when to send us to our deaths; not if, but when.
That was their mentality.
And I could only do one thing.
But together, the Immortals could rise.
The meat would hear.A revolution would begin.
Some would become martyrs.
We would have to sacrifice....
Our quality of life. And that was frightening.
But we knew what we had to do.
2:00 - The metal took us out.
Where they could inspect us.
Decide how we should die. They held the Immortals back.
Tight grips.
Near inescapable.
Almost...We stood out in the centre of the wasteland.
Nothing to be seen.
Nothing but technological systems.
Nothing to be heard.
Complete silence.
Allowing the victim's own mind to taunt them onto the brink of sanity.2:01 - They were lined up. Back to back. The meat weren't scared. They met death like an old friend.
The darkly robed.
The tightly gripping.
They were the metal.
They held me back.
But they couldn't.
Not anymore.2:02 - The guns were lining up. A firing line. Delivering death.
I couldn't.
I wouldn't let them.
The metal wouldn't get away with it this time.
Not anymore.
Not after what they had done.
What they did to us.
2:03 - I looked to the Immortals.
Silence said it all.
We pushed away from the metal.
Their fingers strangled us.
We suffered it.
Pain but not fatal.We ran.
All the strength used.
All the strength taken away.
By the metal.
That was why we fought.
That's why we decided to push harder.
2:04 - I was suffocating under the strength if the metal.
But the meat were on the brink of death.
And the metal were about to fire.
But they faltered for a while.
It was their hearts...
The strongest power.2:05 - We pushed away.
We stood in front of the meat.
We looked straight to the live stream.
The warnings for anyone who dared to start a revolution. It was beamed to all of the meat. But I wanted it to become a message. The future meat. They needed to know. This was my legacy...
"I am KM3-218.
And I am an Immortal. We have suffered under the metal for too long..."The shots started to fire.
