The time would be around 11 in the morning. Sleeping late, luckily with no classes nor schedule fixings. Lucifer would yawn a bit opening his gaze slightly. He'd slept well, decent even. He'd glance down a bit before his gaze would widen slightly. He'd forgotten they'd fallen asleep on the cot, forgotten he'd held her all night, forgotten he marked her, forgotten he'd have to tell her. He felt normal however, mortal? Is this what humanity felt like? He'd sigh pushing his rambling thoughts away before growing still, he hadn't wanted to wake her. She looked peaceful, comfortable. Weird for a mortal to have grown on him in such short time. Chey would stir lightly but stayed asleep thankful still for the extra warmth. He'd glance down at her and would take a light breath before slowly letting her go. He'd sit up and would glance back at her, his hair messy from rest. Chey would furrow her brow a bit before opening her gaze lightly, the warmth had left her, awakening her with a cold chill all of a sudden. She'd look up to him and would meet his gaze before yawning. "M-" She'd yawn once more. "Morning.." he'd avert his gaze having held hers for a few moments. "Morning..." he'd stand and would run a hand through his hair. She'd raise a brow. "You alright? You still seem a bit off right now.." he'd look over to her. "Hm, nah." He'd chuckle. "Just tired and thinking. Still really lost on how we became friends so fast and then well, we both woke up on the same cot.." She'd laugh lightly. "There's a little thing in this world called instinct. People want to be around people, well most of the time heh. Safety in numbers is another instinctual thing..that's one of the reasons I felt safe last night. I knew you weren't going to hurt me." He'd nod slightly. "That all..?" She'd shrug. "Dunno, maybe, maybe not." He'd tilt his head. "What?" She'd chuckle. "You really don't get emotions do you?" He'd glance away before looking back, his head shaking slowly. "Not entirely heh." She'd stretch and stand as well. "Well for starters what would you say if I invited you to be a room-mate?" He'd eye her and would nod without hesitation. She'd chuckle. "Okay and how about that whole tour." He'd raise a brow giving a small smile. "Alright food dish what are you getting at?" She'd chuckle. "Well I think that these are just small signs." He'd tilt his head. "Small signs? For what?" She'd avert her gaze and would think for a moment before pushing some hair from his face. He'd smile a bit. She'd chuckle. "Like that." He'd eye her still smiling. "Oh okay. I get it then." He'd lean close to her. "I think you like me." She'd laugh and would raise a brow. "And I think you like me." She'd cross her arms. He'd raise a brow. This was a new emotion, one newly learned now. Not caring but, affection. He'd eye her silently before standing up straight. "Hm..so what are we to do with this." She'd chuckle. "Well if this is all truly the case I may not be able to let you stay here." He'd shoot her a hurt look. "Wha- n-" Uriel would appear in the room, this time making himself visible to Chey as well. Chey would tense up eyeing the new man next to her. "What the hell...?!" She'd take a step back. Lucifer would eye him. "I thought I told you to leave me be." Uriel would sigh. "Lucifer, you've grown attached, marked a mortal, and now are learning what affection is..." Chey would watch the two, not exactly knowing what to say or do. She'd lean on the kitchen counter. Lucifer would role his gaze. "Just leave. Didn't you send me here to learn these exact things? I mean despite marking her.." Uriel would growl a bit. "Just get ready..you're taking refuge elsewhere soon.." he'd diminish. Chey would eye Lucifer. "Wait so the name.." he'd sigh. "Yup, tah dah satan at your service." He'd give a sarcastic bow. She'd walk over to him. He'd eye her. "You aren't scared?" She'd shake her head. "If you're my friend you won't hurt me." He'd nod. "Thank god-" "What is marking..?" He'd rub the back of his neck. "While in hell..I'm supposed to choose one demon who is to be near me at all times.." She'd furrow her brow. "Wait so I'm supposed to be near you at all times?" He'd shake his head. "I didn't physically mark you Chey, I mentally marked you. Its-" "Affection?" He'd tense up before nodding. "Heh, who knew the devil could love.." She'd chuckle. "This is just really..odd." She'd cross her arms a bit awkward. "I mean you're the devil..and somehow this happened..but..you're just using aren't you..?" He'd furrow his brow. "Wait what?" She'd push some hair from her face. "You said you were sent here to learn these things..so I'm a pawn..?" He'd shake his head swiftly. "No no no Chey it's not like that.." he'd push some hair from her face holding her cheek. "I promise that's not what this is.." She'd nod and would hug him. "Okay..I trust you." He'd exhale and would smile hugging her. "I won't be going anywhere anyways..Uriel can say what he likes but I won't leave. If this is all instinctual and that's why it's happening so fast I want to protect it.." She'd nod and would close her gaze. "I still want to show you the town you know. And we can get lunch and dinner since we slept through breakfast heh." He'd chuckle. "Sounds great.." he'd hug her a bit tighter before letting his thoughts go. He was here to learn why he punished people in hell. People like Derek. Crude, deceitful people. Not Chey, ever. He'd close his gaze resting his head on top of hers. His father had some sort of plan, some sort of blueprint for his time here, and now that it included Chey, he was willing to listen.
