Broken smiles fit the lifeless glances
Seemingly unbreakable but the foundation was cracking
Emotions are rarely seen, heard and felt
Like ice slowly melting, she slowly dies on the inside
The sharp piece of metal, her only relief
Her attempt at feeling normal, unachieved
Everyday trying, but only falling deeper
Wishing it could end, wishing for a restart
Wishing for a beginning, but unfortunately life is not a game, you can't restart. Past mistakes haunting you until the day you die and even then your not at peace
