We got to the hospital me and jack had to help Gibbs walk as we got in side the nurses saw us and ran to us they took Gibbs and put him on a bed and took him to get X-ray and me they cleaned my scrapes and bruises and let me go but said I have to come back in one week for a check up, they also said not to drive for a couple of days, then the doctor came out and said that he is going to be okay but for safety reasons we are going to keep him for one day. Ok thanks doctor, what room is he in? I said. He's in room 384. Said the doctor. Thanks again, Then I said to jack let go freshen up first. Ok replied jack. *in Gibbs room* Gibbs gets a call from tony and ziva saying that the kidnappers body were not found, then Gibbs just hung up and grabbed his gun and ran to jack and said were's Kate? She when to the restroom why? Then Gibbs ran to the restroom and kicked the door open and saw me in a head lock and a gun pointed at my temple. LET HER GO. Said Gibbs. No, Not in till your dead. Said Kate's dad. No Gibbs I will not allow it, I'll die first. I said as I took the gun and pointed it in to my abdomen and shot, then my mom screamed NO and the bullet when though me and kill my dad and a very short while later a lot of nurses come in and take me to some miner surgery. About an hour later I came out of surgery, agent gibbs she's going to be fine, is there any next of kin we should inform? Said the doctor. Gibbs replied saying there's none we are all she's got,what's her room number? She's in room 285. Said the doctor, then jack and Gibbs when straight to my room, when they got to my room jack knock then I said come in. Jack asked me when the doctor said could leave the hospital? I replied saying almost a week, thank God, I would hate to be in here longer, oh yeah thanks gibbs and what will happen to my mother? I asked Gibbs. She will be charged with 4 counts of accessory to murder and kidnapping a federal agent. Jack then saw that I was turning to holing in my cry an jack said oh, sweetie it's going to be okay, you got that? As Gibbs gave me a head slap, then jack gave Gibbs a that was not called for look. Two weeks later. Kate's mom was now in jail, Kate has been out of the hospital for a week and every thing at ncis is back to usual.
