Ding! Then Gibbs comes out of the elevator and says what do you got McGee? McGee replies saying you and franks were the investigators on this case, does Kate know? No. Said Gibbs. Are you going to tell her? Said McGee. I'll tell her when I think she's ready and do you have anything? Said Gibbs ok and I found a hair in the box and according to records they never analyzed it because it was the same type and Kate's mom, i sent that up to abby and that I also found an error in the documents it says that the killer was supposed to have the death penalty but in sted he got 50 years in jail and a chance for parole at thirteen years. *Back in the conference room* I was just siting there waiting for Gibbs to come back when I got a call and it said unknown I never answer unknown but something told me to so I did and it was this weird voice saying back off the case or your regret in two days then the voice hung up, then I immedetly called Gibbs and said what happened then Gibbs ran to me and took me to the bullpen and had me sit at my deck and someone was to be with me at all times. About an hour later jack comes in with dinner even know I told him I couldn't leave, jack what are you doing here, I told you I couldnt leave? I said. Yeah I know but you sounded tired and I wanted to see you. Awww how sweet of you. I said. And I heard what happened. Said jack. I should have expected that. I said, then tony says yeah you should have, so I said ya think. Then Gibbs walks in and was going to ask the question again then he saw jack and didnt think I would want jack to be around when it was asked even though Gibbs told jack the situation and to come in anyway, so he walked in and said hi jack. Hi Gibbs, me and Kate are going to have lunch in the brake room is that ok? Said jack. Gibbs answered saying Yeah that's fine but you only have 45 minutes, I was shocked that he said that, then I realized he said that because all that has happened, then jack grabbed my hand and we went to break room. Jack brung food from manchu wok chinese food we shared some orange chicken and fried rice, it was a quiet dinner until I asked the question who told you what happened?
