Chapter 3: Meetings

'Never ever' I repeated in my head as I sat on the cold ground against a tree bark. I sighed and stood up, and started to climb up the tree, hiding up in a tree branch, scoping out my next attacker. As I waited, I sighed and dreamt of the days that I wouldn't get captured. The days I wouldn't have to worry.

The days with my Sensei.

With him, everything was perfect, it felt like I actually HAD something. But now look at me. Becuase Sensei died, he passed on his skills onto me, and even when he was alive, he'd have people try to kill him. Sensei was strong in everything, but his age was his defect.

I stopped day dreaming, just in time to hear the tree branches rustle. I smirked and stood up. 'Joy..' I snickered to myself. "Show yourself, you criminal."

I heard a deep chuckle. "How about you look down, Honey." I rolled my eyes, and quickly mumbled 'Shadow Twin', literally creating a copy of myself, standing off, hidden. I looked down and saw a boy, with gray hair in a ponytail, with glasses, grinning up at me. I glared down at him. "What do you want....?" He then smiled, and threw a knife at me, at my heart. "You." He snickered when 'I' fell out of the tree. He went over to me and kicked me to make sure I was dead. "Well, that was too easy, I don't see how she's worthy of Orochimaru's taste." the guy sighed, and picked me up over his shoulder. I turned into ashes and he turned his head.

"What was that...?" He frowned and looked around. I smirked and jumped down, tackled him down while putting my sword on his neck. "Any last words, loser?" He snickered. "Yes. You won't get away with this." I smiled, leaned back and stabbed my sword into his stomach. After I was done, I stood up and ran like the wind.

"What a foolish man, I've dealt with many of his type.." I murmured under my breath. I stuck my sword in my bow and continued to run forewards. Until I felt a knife go by my head, I turned around and stared at what was before me. The same man I'd 'killed' and some odd-looking, snake man. I blinked and stared emotionlessly into the men's eyes. "I thought I killed you, 4 eyes." I said in a rather low tone. Said man snickered at me. "Told you you wouldn't get away with this." I sighed and looked to the snake-man. "You. What're you doing here? Trying to kill me aswell?" He looked at me with his yellow eyes.

It was annoying me to stare at him. The color was agitating the heck out of me. I looked down. He snickered. "My name, is Orochimaru, My Dear.." I glared at him.

"I don't care what you're name is!! I asked you what you were doing here!!" I snapped at him, and sang a chant in my head, 'Eyes white as snow, give my powers and do not go.' I chuckled and flickered my eyes, now white.

"Oh, my, Orochimaru, She has a temper. Are you sure you want to put up with her?" 4-Eyes snickered at me. Orochimaru licked his lips, with his very, freakishly long touge, might I add, staring me down. "She'll adapt." He stepped towards me, and grinned like a madman. I stayed still, I learned this from experience. If you act like you don't fear them, you'll be better off. Something I learned from the Higher-Ups, too. He stopped right infront of me, as I put my hands behind my back, secretly taking my mini-knife out from my bow, and stared at him.

He snickered and tried to grab me, discustingly with his tounge, (it's like, 12 yards long..) I jumped back and he rushed to me and threw random punches at me. I snickered while successfully dodging all of them."You're aiming's alittle off, Snakey." He growled and jumped high up into the air. I looked up, and he wasn't there. "Hello." I heard a familiar voice whisper. I gasped and quickly spun around, but not fast enough to dodge the stab in my shoulder. I stumbled backwards, and started running off jumping high into the trees, with 4-Eyes following right behind me.

Then I remembered my situation. 'There are 2 guys, powerful enough, more energy than me.. I've never had this strong of an opponents.. This is gonna be--!' I stopped when I smacked into Orochimaru I was guessing, and fell through many diffrent trees, and breaking branches, and eventually landed on the hard ground, hitting a rock.

I groaned and sat up, now glaring at the men once again before me. "I'm tired of moping around, let's get started..." I closed my eyes, and concentrated on the area around me. "Physic Span.." I heard a growl and one of them trying to break through my barrier. I sat there emotionless as my wounds started to heal, and the knife stabbed in my arm fell on the ground. "What is she?" 4-Eyes said.

"I'm not sure, but whatever she is, she's even more valuable than I'd imagned." Orochimaru hissed. I heard soundwaves, detecting movement, I snapped my eyes open and smirked. "Break.." I muttered, and the physic enegry holding a sheild around me, as I pointed my hands to the two men, then turned into shattered glass, and started striking them.

They were all direct and precice, which I was counted on, all hit Orochimaru, and some missed 4-Eyes. Orochimaru flopped on the ground and screamed out in pain. "KABBUUUTTOOO!!!" I tilted my head and frowned. 'This can't be good..' I thought as I started off running, then jumping into the trees. "Orochimaru! Let me heal--" Kabuto started. "GET HER!!" Orochimaru hissed and relaxed himself.

I ran as fast as I could, Not even caring how much energy I'd waste in time. I heard Kabuto coming behind me, since I could hear his ragged breathing. Suddenly, he was infront of me in an instant on the next tree. I screeched to a stop and stared at him. He looked in bad shape.. various bruises on his face, clothes, arms and legs. He looked at me and grinned. "You.. you.. took me for a little chase there.. you're better thqn I thought you were." he said. I stared at him emotionlessly. "Do not doubt me." He chuckled and jumped besides me, tackled me the whole way down on the ground. It was a long fall, and he used it to his advantage to choke me. "Aaahhooww!!" I yelled, he was choking me and using his body weight to drown me out of air.

Suddenly, he stopped choking me, and put his hand over my chest. I stared at him in horror. "W-What're you?!?" I tried to shove him off, and failed miserably. He chuckled. "Oh, shut up, I'm not that pereverted." I blinked and stared at his hand. It was glowing. And I was weakining. "Wha..t..?..." "Energy sucker..?" He grinned and nodded. I noticed how all of his cuts and brusies were all going away the longer he held onto me.

I groaned and frowned, keeping my head back. 'What can I do.... I'm too weak to physically do anything..' I smiled and concentrated on myself and the energy I had left. "Aw.. Are you finally admitting defeat? You know, I'll go easier on you if you do.." he whispered the last words in my ear. I looked up at him, purposely to catch him off guard, as innocently as I could, and coughed up a little bit of blood. If I was right, his guard should be down,.. He looked at me and got flustered, looking away. I smirked, and lifted my knee up and kicked him in the crotch. He collasped onto me completly, screaming curse words at me, gripping the ground. I relaxed for a few seconds until he recovered. "I'm gonna--!!" "Physic Wave..." I muttered before he had a chance to hit me.

A huge 'wave' of energy came out of my body, smacking into Kabuto, then him flying a few yards away. 'Enough for me to rest and teleport' I said to myself. Then I noticed something. Kabuto stopped in mid-air. I growled and started turning around and running, before I was violently yanked back and thrown to the ground, sat on, and choked, until I pretended to faint.

I squinted my eyes open a bit. "You're done? You took forever, Kabuto." "Sorry, Orochimaru..She was being difficult.." "Don't let it happen again, Kabuto." Orochimaru said. "My deepest regrets, Lord." Orochimaru smirked and him and nodded. "Good." He glanced over at me, and saw my eyes open. "Oh, my, you bad child.." Kabuto spun around and glared at me, walking towards me. I groaned and frowned, rolling off of my back, and on my stomach, clawing on the ground desperatly trying to get away. I knew I had no hope.

I had to try, though.

Kabuto grabbed my legs and dragged me back. "Ohho, no you don't." I screamed and started kicking at him. "LET ME GO!! LET M---!!" Kabuto sat on me and slammed my face into the floor and Orochimaru kicked my gut. I hacked out blood and some tears slipped down my cheeks as I passed out.
