Azure woke up to a suspiciously very loud yawn. She walked out of her room and saw her big brother, Stingray, grinning at her. "I'm sorry, did I wake you up?"
"Yes, you did, seaweed face!" They both giggled at her insult. "Hey guys! Time to wake up you- Oh! What's going on here?" There mother, Manatee, walked in just as they cracked up laughing. "So, mother, get this. My ink-brained brother here yawned so loud, it woke me up. Then, when I got out here he said, and I quote, 'I'm sorry, did I wake you up?' Then-"
"I don't sound like that!"
"Shush! ANYWAYS, then I called him seaweed face and we both burst out laughing right as you walked in. By the way, what were you saying before this all happened?"
"I was saying that I got breakfast for us. I managed to catch some sharks for you, Stingray, and I picked up some shrimp and coral on the way for you, Azure." She handed them their food and Azure dug right in. She didn't even take the shells off of the shrimp. Her brother started carefully taking the teeth out of his sharks. "That mush be very delshishate work," She said around a mouthful of shrimp.
"It is. I don't want to get a cut anywhere, you know."
After they were done eating, Azure challenged her brother to a game of charades. "All right," He said, "I'll go first." He slapped the ground with his talon and opened his mouth wide. "Oo, oo, oo! I know this one! Uhhmm... Queen Glory!" He shook his head. "Scarlet!" He nodded and smiled. "My turn!" She thought of one quite quickly. She walked up to where here brother stood and turned around and hissed. Except she didn't make any noise. At least not using her voice. As she saw the terrified look on Stingray's face and watched in horror as he ducked and black liquid hit Manatee's eyes before she could close them.
