Maya POV

I than stood up and walked away to the apartment door as Josh and Shawn is still sitting at the dining table

Shawn-"Maya!"
i turn around to look at Shawn

Maya-"what?"

Shawn-"i want to talk to you in private"

Maya-"fine"

I walk over to him as he stood up and walked over to the kitchen leaving Josh alone at the dining table and he started to talk

Shawn-"give that kid a chance Maya, his trying"

Maya-"after he left me, yeah sure i will"

Shawn-"this is not about him leaving you is it?"

he said giving me a frown

Maya-"yes it is dad"

Shawn-"look Maya, you are right when you said that we are so alike...And you know what, if i was at your place, i would have done the same thing"

Maya-"really?"

I said as i looked down at my feet

Shawn-"yes, i know that you are trying to forget him because he had hurt you so much and because you feel like you are too attached to him...and trying to forget him is fine. But you can't, and you know why?"

Maya-"because he is that someone?"

Shawn-"and he will always be"

Maya-"but i'm not his someone"

Shwan-"you don't know that Maya"

Maya-"i just need some time to think about it"

I walked away back to the living room and saw Josh still siting at the dining table

Maya-"let go Josh"

Josh stood up and went to the door with me as my dad lead us to the door. We than leave the apartment and got to Josh's car

(in the car)

i was looking at the gorgeous view of new york when the car suddenly stop. I then turn my attention to him and he turn around to looked at me.

Maya-" you'er going to lock the door aren't you?"

Josh-"yup" he said as he press the lock button on his side of the door

Maya-"why do you always do this?"

I said in frustration

Josh-" because i am trying to talk to you"

Maya-"and you can't do it like regular people do, like i don't know...Just talk without the locking part"

Josh-"then you will try to escape "

Maya-" yeah, whatever...What are we going to talk about anyway ?"

Josh-" what happened just now?"

Maya-" what do you mean?"

Josh- " what is your plan... Why don't you like, you know.. Begging to be with me like last time. Now you just change"

Maya-" so, you thought i was begging you to be with me all this time?"

Josh-"yeah, that is like one of the reason i want to be with you all this time" he said with a smirk sounding like a jerk

Maya-" you are trying to say that all this time and even at the ski lodge, you were just pitying me?"

I looked down at my hamd as i tried not to cry infront of him

Josh-"No Maya, that not what i mean"

The smirk is now gone as he regrated what he has said

he than held my hand

Maya-" Just drive me back to the school" i snap as i took my hand away from him

Josh-"look Maya i'm sorry-"

I cut him off

Maya-"Josh, can you please just drive"

Josh-" fine"

The car ride was silence, neither one of us talk to each other

(out side school)

Josh-" we'er here"

He said as he pulled the break and unlock the door. I than ran out without saying anything to him as i cried walking back to the dorm room

As i walked back i heard someone calling my name... He sounds familier

I turn around to see the perfact smile shotting at me, It......
