girl meets Maya's conversation

Josh POV

"wow, how much did i drink last night?"
i looked at the time at my phone
"damn, it 1:30pm.Who brought me to the Matthews place last night?"
I stood up and went to the closet, there is a note placed on some cloth.
The note:Josh, this is your cloth for today-Topanga
I got ready and went outside to the living room and i saw the gang(Riley,lucas,Zay, Farkle and Maya) watching a movie on the chouch, "good afternoon kiddos" . Everyone didn't reply me but for Maya,Topanga and Cory they look at me in dissapointment. "i need to talk to you young man." Topanga said as she pulled me into Riley's room and we sat at the bay window. "i know you are dissapointed in me, just like everyone else." i said as i looked at my feet because i know that she will say that she is dissapointed in me. "Yes Josh i am, but most important thing is what had gotten into you? you have change, do you know last night you were wasted and do you know we found a box of cigarette in your pocket?" Topanga said as she try her best not to shout yet sound serious.
I just sat there speechless
"How can we get the old Josh back? Be yourself Josh, for Me, Cory, Riley for Maya. Remember the long game Josh, remember Maya." Topanga said with her eyes full of hope.
"The long game is dead Topanga, so is the old Josh." i said as i walked out of Riley's room and went out from the apartment.

After i went out of the building i was lost, i have no idea where to go. I can't  go back to my dorm room because i told my roomate that i'll be gone for a few weeks and he said that he will have some friends over, well lets just say that i don't get along with my roomate friends. After i do more thinking i finally knew where to go.

I sat down at one of the banches at Central Park to take some fresh air.

Josh- "Why am i like this? why did Maya change me? why did i change myself?" i asked myself

I suddently felt a little tap on my shoulder, i turn around and saw Maya standing there alone looking gogeouse like she always.

Maya-"may i sit?"

Josh-"yeah" i said looking down to my feet, as much as i try to avoid her i know that i still need to talk to her. I smrik out of no where.

Maya-"what was that for?" she asked as she saw me smirk

Josh- "Nothing, i just thought of the ski lodge, remember we sat infront the campfire you were 15 and i was 18? now look at us, a 18 and 21 year old seating on a bench at Central Park" i smirk again, she looked at me and smile and finally said.

Maya-"lets talk"

Josh-"About what?" i said as i took out a stick of cigarette from the box. Maya took the box from my hand and took one stick of as cigarette too and grab the lighter that i was holding, lit up the cigarette and place it in her mouth.

Maya-"about you" she said as she puff of the cigarette.

Josh-"i said it before Maya, there is no more long game, there is no more someday" i could see she look dissapointed but she tried to hide her tears with a smile.

Maya-"it not about that Josh, it about your changes, what had happend?"

Josh-"i should be asking you the same thing" i said as i looked at her smoking.

Maya-"i'm was stress, i did alot of thingking, i thought about us. I met Nash, Riley and Lucas was busy with there dates and she didn't even have time to talk to me,Nash is all i had, he thought me alot of things, bad things and here i am. You should be happy that i told you all this beacause Riley thought i started to change beacause Nash but the truth is I change because of her," she said as she started to cry, she took another puff of the cigarette as she started to calm down.

Josh-"i am so sorry Maya, i wasn't there to be with you like i said i would, i am so sorry." i said as i held her hand for a few second and let it go.

Maya-"what is your story Josh?"

After i heard her telling me the truth, i know that it is my turn to tell the truth.
........................................................................Sorry this is a short one guys, i am going throught a major Exam and i can't spand alot of time on the book for this week. I will still update daily like i said i would. Hope you guys enjoy this book :)
