Chapter 5: Old Faces

(Tris POV)

There's a knock on the door and I know who it is it's Tobias because he always knocks the same. I open the door and wrap my arms around him and he kisses my lips and down my neck kissing each bird. "How was work." I ask while he still is embracing me. "Same, boring without you." he says I smile. "Well my day wasn't any better alone either." I laugh and then slowly let go of him but he pulls me back giving me one more kiss on the lips before letting go. "I'm gonna go and change" he says then slowly walks to his drawer and picks a pair of sweats and a tee and walks into the bathroom. I go over and sit on the couch and wait for Tobias comes back.

(Marlene POV)

I'm standing behind Will as Christina and him are hugging and kissing. Feeling like a third wheel I sneak off unnoticed. I walk down the hallway knocking on ever door till someone answers, I'm felled with nervousness and excitement at the same time. I'm excited to see Uriah but at the same time I think he would be mad that I hide away for so long. Seeing Christina's reaction to Will I can only hope that it could be the same with Uriah and I. I come to a door and once again knock three times, this time I see Tris open the door, with out any words she swings the door open and hugs me. She's a lot stronger now even though it has only been 6 months since I had last seen her.

"I missed you to." I says laughing. She lets go of me and I can feel air escape my lungs. "OMG!! How in gods name have you done this, where's Uriah, does he know just what happened. I saw you jump off the roof and your helpless body but just, how are you here!!!"

"Calm down Calm down!!" I say shouting. " I'll explain everything just where's Uriah."

"Hold on I'll go ask Tobias she shouts!!" practically screaming in my ear. I expect her to come running out to the room across but instead she shouts from the inside of her room. "Tobias someones at the door!"she shouts. "You live with him?!" I question in complete shock.

She nods. "Why what's wrong with that." She says like I was talking smack about her. "I don't know it just aren't you only 16 and he's 18 is a little crazy that you guys are even dating." "Well actually am 17 now and he's 19 and I love him, and I couldn't live without him." Tris says. "Glad you feel the same." I see Tobias walk behind Tris and wrap his arms around her and then give Tris a warm kiss on her forehead. "So what do you want sweetie." He says then he looks at me and his jaw falls. "But...H...How...in.the name...o..f.!"

Tris pushes his jaw back up to normal resting position. "I survived." I say smiling. "Clearly!" Tris shouts. "But how!!"

I begin to tell my story. "Alright so it would probably best to start from the me falling off the building." They both smile and watch me as I sit down and the follow like they are children and I'm telling them a story. "Well I fell, and I got a concision and I had hundreds of broken bones, as you would guess. I was unconscious for many days but I never actually died. I saw a man walk up to me when I started to retrieve my sight, I think his name is..." I ponder for a moment."George I think it was George!" I shout. "That was Tori brother!" Tris adds. "Sorry a little excited, continue!"

"Ok so were was I, oh ya, so George took me back to the bureau and got me immediate medical attention, I ended up healing up just fine and I waited at the compound with Will till we knew it was the best time to show you guys."

"So let me get this straight, Wills alive and you hide from us and let us believe you both were died because you thought it would be best for us." I can hear Tris laugh as she says it. "So I didn't kill Will and he allowed me to grief and beat myself up about it. That's
terrible but then what happened to Will how did he survive the attack, in pretty sure I killed him I saw he died body." I could see her cry into Tobias shoulder.

"Well Will can resist the serum. He did on the night of the attack."

"Then how come I saw him acting like a solider that night trying to kill me!" Tris yells.

"He wasn't even at the attack he left in the middle of the night, he escaped to the bureau and he watched you from there, he saw that you had thought he was died so he didn't want to freak you out. He actually was the one who sent George out to save me. I owe my life to him." I begin to think. "Anyway we knew when you were coming to Bureau so we hide from you. We know everything that has happened over the course of time we were "dead"" I say while putting quotations around the dead."

They stand there in awestruck like I just hit them across the head repetitively. "This is a lot of information I think we need sometime to soak it all in." Tobias says looking at Tris and then he gently wipes the tears off her delicate face. "I just think Tris and I need to be alone for a while."

"Of course I understand, but if you could just tell me were I could find Uriah and I'd be on my way."

"He's upstairs." Tris sniffles.

"Thanks I'll be on my way." I say smiling and then exit through the door.

(Tris's POV)

"Tobias" I say rustling up into his shoulder. "It's just... I...I don't know what to do."

"I understand" he says laying his chin on my head. "this is a lot to take in all at once.

"I thought I killed Will.....I thought something's and now there wrong, I don't know what to believe any more.

"Can you believe that I love you." I smile"of course". I put my hands slowly up his back and take his shirt off, I slowly trace my fingers across his tattoos while he kisses my lips and then slowly down and kiss each of my raven tattoos. "I love you Tobias, and I don't know what I could do without you I say in between each of his kisses. he brings his lips towards mine and I purse them together he kisses me once more before I hear a knock. "Ugh" I announce. "Never a moment of privacy." I laugh and then return the kiss before answering the door, it's Christina.

"What do you want!" I shout

Christina's is the only one in front of the door. "Is something that important you need to come to me."

"Sorry I didn't mean to interrupt you two, she says looking past me toward Tobias who has his shirt off. "You know what never mind that look who I ran into today." She pulls a boy in front of me, I fringe and look at him of me in my view it's Will. I wasn't ready to see him, it's not that I didn't want to but it's that I don't think I could. "Oh, hey your back from the died." I say in my most excited voice I could make at the moment. It was obvious there was tension in the air. I didn't hate him I just didn't know what to think.

Tobias slams the door and picks me up cradling me and I giggle. "You know there gonna knock again." I laugh in response to his actions. "Then I guess we wont answer." He's says and the kisses me on the lips.

They knock on the door four more times before giving up and walking away, and during that time Tobias and I just hugged and kissed each other repetitively.

Sorry about the boring chapter the next will be better I promise I'll add so action to it!!! Please comment vote and follow. Hey I'm kind of having writers block so if you could think of any action things I was kind of think of like peter taking tris of something with Tobias's dad idk if you have any ideas I really need some help thanks!!!!
