Sighing softly, Hana runs her fingers through her bangs, slicing the curtains closed over the door to the balcony, blocking the bright hues that light up the sun falling from its point within the sky above.
Ker muffles a bark as she jumps up onto the bed, feeling the drain of her master's energy from being far from him for long. Some reason a lot quicker than before, normally she only began to get drained within the last day emotionless and physically, but this year it has happened a lot quicker.
"Thy has to wonder... Ker... Do thou think that boy with the salmon hair is the cause? Thy has given many afflictions before..." Hana murmurs, peaking outside through the curtains before walking to the bed and falling onto the comfy bed, stomach first as she buries her face in the navy duvet.
From the corner of her eye, Hand sees Ker shake her head 'No'. Hana sighs deeply again, rolling her shoulders. "Maybe thy should stop attending these games then. This drain is getting... Exasperating."
Rolling on her back, she adjusts her body into a position that is twinges a sting within certain parts of her body. Her eyes closing, ready to fall into a slumber but a large explosion rings in her ears, the hotel's structure shaking as Hana grumbles, sitting up in her position.
Pushing open the door to her room, she glances up and down the corridor, seeing multiple members sprinting down towards the lobby, the contenders of Sabertooth's room is on the top floor compared to Hana and Ker's that is now on the first.
Ker jumps up lazily onto her master's shoulders, wrapping her tail around Hana's neck as she slowly wonders down towards the foyer. A calm exterior as everyone else is in shock and panic.
Reaching the foyer, Hana's head tilts into a line of confinement as she sees dents and holes in the walls, broken furniture, and injured members. Yet none of Sabertooth's competitors are here yet. Probably on their way down now.
"Ker... Thou little dragon slayer has come to play." Hana murmurs, Ker snarling and barking wildly, catching the attacker's attention. His eyes blazing with anger as they lock with Hana's. "Thou heard me, little dragon. Thou should not be here." Hana mused softly.
"Bring me your master!" Natsu snarls in her direction, his fire blazing fists knocking one of Sabertooth's less known members to the ground in a clump, his eyes solely on Hana and Ker who growls in dis-appreciation at his tone towards her.
Sting, Rogue, Rufus and Orga sprint in the room onto the stop, halting in their tracks. Lector and Frosche calling out Hana's name in shock as Natsu leaps forward, fists blazing as he aims towards her. Hana's eyes staying emotionless and her body unmoving as he aims straight towards her.
Hana standing unfazed.
Ker snarling, eyes flashing amber un-noticeably, her tail coaxing itself in black mist as she lunges off her master's shoulders, swinging her mist covered tail around and slamming it into Natsu's extending fist. Another explosion from the connection of fist and tail wafts the foyer into dust and clutter.
The members of Sabertooth wide eyed for they have never seen Ker use magic before. The dust vanishes showing Ker standing strong in front of her master opposite Natsu who just looks more pissed. But, Ker easily stopping Natsu made everyone laugh at his attempt and being stopped by a 'pet' as some would describe her as.
"What do you want boy!?" Jiemma appears, angry, gritting his teeth. Sting, Rogue and their exceeds wondering over the Hana who has Ker back on her shoulders. "Breaking into my hotel and trashing it? You have some nerve boy..."
Sting steps forward yet Hana holds out her arm in front of him, shaking her head slightly. "Don't."
___
"Thy is too tired for this..." Hana mumbles, keeping her back pressed against the stone wall, face turned as her cheek stays cold against the surface, her eyes gazing into the area. Rogue standing at her side, turning his gaze from the arena floor to Hana constantly, worried about her sudden drain of enthusiasm.
Ker sitting casually at Lector and Frosche's side while Sting keeps his elbows on the wall, wobbling his head to side. Minerva and Rufus at Sting's side, watching intently as Orga wonders into the field for Sabertooth. Pandemonium being the name of the event.
"Sabertooth doesn't need slackers, Hana." Minerva coos, a slight hint of authority behind her tone, a smirk lighting up her lips as she watches Erza and Cana enter the field for Fairytail, the cogs in her mind turning as she internally, maliciously smiles, thinking they're nothing but talk.
Natsu having left last night after challenging Jiemma. His magical power, pressure and emotions remind Hana so much of someone. Everything about him reminds her of both Z... But more like herself, yet he shows and feels more than she does.
"Thy doesn't slack, Minerva. Thy is just too bored for these games. They are always the same." Hana replies swiftly, closing her eyes as the game gets explained and people pick their numbers. "If thy was in the rest of the games, thou would be a different case, but right now. Boredom is striking thy hard." Hana finishes, lying straight through her teeth, yet, she's done it enough to everyone for them to believe its truth.
Even Rogue doesn't suspect it.
"Just watch yourself, Hana." Minerva replies, finishing the conversation, keeping her eyes locked on the field as Erza begins her walk up. Hana growls silently, Rogue's ears flickering as he peers down to Hana as she slowly gets up.
Grabbing Hands wrist, she slowly nudges him in the direction of the door. "Rogue. Come. Hungry." She mumbles, closing the door to the stands as cheers begin to erupt in the crowds. Releasing Rogue's wrist, she leans lazily into his side.
"Are you sure you are alright?" Rogue mutters halting Hana the moment she nodded her head. With a growl, Rogue brings his foot beneath Hana's. Unexpected, she stumbles, Rogue gripping her arms and pushing her up against the wall.
Silence corrupting them as Hana holds her head low. "Rogue..." She mutters silently, fingers gripping his caped shoulders as her head raises, softness, kindness, a tint of tiredness and haziness lingering in her eyes. "Thou know thy lied... Didn't you?" She concludes softly, running a finger softly through his rugged hair.
"Why are you lying to everyone about your condition... Hana? Why would you lie to me?" Rogue asks, his voice low as sadness flashes in his baron red orbs. "Have our years not taught you that we're comrades?"
Sighing softly, Hana's toes curl into the ground as her body falls almost limply into Rogue, her legs refusing to work as she buries her face into his shoulder. Her grip loosening. "Thy doesn't wish to worry thou... I just always feel... drained... at the games..." She whispers softly.
The tenseness leaving Rogue's body as he hears the truth. Slowly, but swiftly sweeping her up and walking straight towards the exit. "Rogue... We're meant to stay..." Rogue shakes his head, keeping her held firmly.
"I'm taking you back to Crocus Gardens and you're going to rest. Rest till the end of the games." Rogue states firmly, not wanting a reply, yet Hana doesn't seem to care.
"No!" Hana yells, attempting to sit up within his arms yet he keeps her body down. "Thy promised... Thy promised thy would watch thou beat Gajeel..."
"You can watch it on the lacrima within your hotel room. I don't want you getting worse. Ker will stay with me and I'll make sure no-one interrupts your rest." Rogue states firmly, leaving no room for discussion. Hana opening her mouth only to be cut off by Rogue.
"No Discussion. Your health is more important."
