Nolen and I never completed the bucket list. We had decided rather than planned out what we'd do, we'd simply live spontaneously. Why waste time planning when we could be out seeing new things and experiencing new adventures? At least, that's what we thought.

WE stayed together, Nolen and I. Sure, we fought sometimes, and we even broke up during senior year. But we loved each other, and couldn't stay apart for more than a week and a half. WE made up, went to prom, and before I know it, we were moving across the country together to the west coast.

I got the occasional teasing, a girl named California living in California, but it was oaky. I went to my dream school, and Nolen attended a state school early so that he could be with me.

WE go engaged during our sophomore year of college. Two days after I graduated, we had a small wedding with close friends and family. It was perfect.

Sidney and John never dated, because Sidney ran away with a surfer from Mexico that she met while visiting me. John discovered he had feelings for both guys and girls, and he was now dating some fancy guy in New York, where John lived.

I never made amends with my parents, but Elena turned out to be actually somewhat okay. She got pregnant during her senior year of high school, which snapped her out of whatever weird stage she was in. Now, she lived with her baby girl and the father, and they seemed happy. We called each other at least once a week, and we had even visited each other several times.

Speaking of babies, I was pregnant. Nolen wanted a boy, and I wanted a girl, but I still cried with joy when the nurses announced we would have a baby boy. Nolen converted a whole room in our apartment into a nursery, and I bought lots of blue; shirts, bibs, and tiny shoes.

Now, at 9 months pregnant, the baby was due any day now.

I still couldn't believe how perfect my life had turned out. I ended up with a man who made me so happy, a mad who treated me as if I were the world, who laughed at my cheesy rambling, who held my hair back when I was sick, who sang me to sleep when I had nightmares. I couldn't be happier with Nolen.

And to think it all started with a Bad Boy's Bucket List.
