Yellow's P.O.V.

"Glaceon! Blizzard!" I shouted, making the encasement of ice around my father thicken immensely, along with his Pokémon.  I hope that my facade is working. Really hope it is. I'm not ruthless or cold, not someone like my father. But, at a time like this... I have to be. I gritted my teeth in frustration and fear as I neared my dad and his Camerupt. The snowstorm became increasingly heavy, to where I could only see Claude right in front of me.

"Tsk. Give me back the pendant." I stretched my hand out as Glaceon padded up next to me, eying her opponents carefully. "Why would I? When your wife dies, the belongings go to the husband." He sneered as the cold became mild. I averted my eyes from him to Camerupt. Big mistake. "Weak." I gagged as a strong kick collided into my small stomach. Struggling for breath, I fell back, making the distance between Claude and I wider. "Camerupt, a Fire Type. Glaceon, an Ice Type. You are already at a type disadvantage. As well as mental, experience, and confidence downfalls." Claude counted, side by side with the emotionless beast. "My win is almost guaranteed. And this pendant makes that slim chance of your win disappear." He mocked, holding up the pendent in merciless glee.

The snow- well, now water, around us deepened, and it was unbearable to stand in the heat. "So what? That won't stop me from trying, hag." I spat, standing up taller, trying to look intimidating. "All I need to do is..." I stopped mid sentence, clenching my hands into a tight ball. Don't think about the future, think about now. And only now. "Beat you to a pulp, you good-for-nothing father." I snapped, preparing myself for the things to come. A deep breath rattled the air. "Glaceon! Ice Fang!" I pointed, regaining my stance.

The Eeveelution lunged forward, latching onto Camerupt roughly. "Don't let go!" I shouted, switching my gaze between human and Pokémon. Ice crawled up the maroon fur of the beast, causing the Pokémon to shiver violently. "You... pest!" Claude screamed, his insanity performing ever so perfectly. Taking that time for my advantage, I checked up on Red, who stood at the tree line, a grim expression on his face. I know, Red. Just give me more time. I thought as the humid air surrounding us chilled. "Camerupt! Lava Plume!" A ring of fire surrounded the battling foes, and sprouted up from the ground. An imposing spire of lava encased Glaceon and Camerupt, sending their different frequency screeches to the rest of the valley.

I covered my ears in pain of the horrible sound. I won't give up. Closing one eye tightly, I watched the battle rage on in determination, dashed with a sprinkle of pain and fear. "Looks like my dad is just as demonic as Giovanni." I muttered, watching the lava disperse as Glaceon and Cameupt stumbled away from each other. Just a little bit longer. I thought, keeping one eye on Mom's pendant, and the other on his injured partner. I still can't believe he had it. After all this time, he had the one possession that Mom treasured the most. But wait-

I blinked rapidly, stunned by my realization. "How did you get the pendant?" I asked cautiously. Mom never took it off, even the night she disappeared, she wore it. So how? "Oh, this? Lola's precious pendant? It's called stealing, Yellow." Claude laughed, tossing the pendant up and down in his palm. Frustration crawled slowly to my senses as Claude continued to play with it. He really did hate us. Didn't he?

"Idiot. You really can't understand an adult such as me? I mean where did you get, to put it in words that even an insane, cruel, stupid person can understand! Where is Mom?" I yelled, taking full power of the conversation. "She left right after you did! It was all too strange, but when those two coffins arrived at our doorstep, I knew that you were dead. But apparently not! Now that I think about, I never did get to see inside the death boxes. So stop playing dumb, you freak! Where is the one who actually cared for me?" I finished, my emotions tying my heart in a tight knot, that couldn't be undone alone. In that sea of darkness my subconscious was in, there was this little ray of hope. That Mom was still out there. Alive. Smiling. Waiting for me to come find her, so we can live together again.

"Oh, my darling, you make laugh." Claude spit out sarcastically. "You know all too well were she is." That one day of hope shattered instantly as the chains that bound my heart dug deeper than the originals did, years ago. "6 feet under." Claude laughed, doubling over, holding his stomach. The waterworks clicked back on, and the water rushed out as I fell to my knees. A sob escaped my lips as I covered my face with my hands. She really is gone. She's gone. Mom's gone. Gone. He... he... a scream broke out as I hugged myself tightly.

"Love makes you weak. Leaves to many weaknesses. That's why I forgot about it long ago. And you should too." Claude said, walking slowly over to me. I could hear his footprints against the snow and the grin in his face widen. "Camerupt, kill the Glaceon." My eyes widened in horror as I heard the battle begin once again. The footsteps stopped as I felt his presence too close to me. It has to be now. Go! Do it! Save everyone!

"Yellow! Get out of there!" I heard Red yell. I'm so sorry, Red. I'm so sorry. "And guess why I did to get love out of my life?" Claude said, lifting my chin up so his cold, insane eyes could stare into my fearful ones. "I killed." My eyes widened. Time just seemed to... stop. He killed Mom. Claude killed Lola. Dad killed Mom. Murdered. My own family killed my own family.
Red was running towards me. Glaceon was fighting as hard as she could. Camerupt was retaliating with ease. Claude was still in front of me, grinning like the mad man he is, and was born to be.

Platina, Pearl, and Diamond. Don't stop battling, and be funny. Family is what you have. Treasure it.

Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire. Keep your titles, and never give up. Remember that love makes the world go 'round.

Crystal. Keep filling up the Pokedex, and don't let Gold get to you. You love him, he loves you. Never forget that.

Gold. Don't be too hard on Silver and Crystal. They have feelings! Take that into consideration. Love your Pokémon, and keep breeding.

Silver. The past makes you who you are today. It's ok. You couldn't have changed anything, so live with it. Be happy. Try your hardest to put a smile on your face.

Blue. My nonbiological sister, but I love you just the same as a real one. Try to manage Green and Red, ok? Don't let anyone tell you what to do.

Green. Keep training, and love those around you. Keep and open mind. Just try it, it might be better than being arrogant.

"Red..." I sobbed out. "I'm sorry. Just know that... you made me so happy. I was so lonely before I met you. Everything was just black and white then. Now... it's full of color. Thank you. For everything. You made me the happiest girl in the world. Just by meeting you." I stated as he came closer. Do it now! Save Red! Glaceon! Do it for Mom!

"Humans are the hardest being to heal. Without the proper training, it is very likely that you will perish along with your target if you are not trained well enough. It's you either save or kill the human. So don't ever use it. Ok, honey?"

Sorry, Mom. This is the one order I have to disobey. My hand was surrounded in harsh, pale yellow light as I brought a hand to my dad's shoulder. When it connected, sizzling pain racked my body. Tears still streaming down my face as white light surrounded daughter and father, I muttered my last words.

"I love you, Red."
Then my whole world exploded.
