If you killed Claude, and want to bury Yellow...

The task was... done. It was over, but I didn't get the happy ending. Well, it was already out of the picture when... "Red! Hey, idiot-"
Why are they here? I turned around, casting a glare at Green and Blue. They looked worn, but who am I to say that? I'm a bloodied murderer- a pathetic one, no less.
It seems as if they already got the hint- Yellow passed on. There were tears on the edges of Blue's eyes, and Green's hair shadowed his fiery eyes. The lump of damp dirt was clearly visible, and a stone rested on top of it.

Yellow de Viridian Grove

"Don't tell me that you did this." Green hissed, frozen in place. "Of course he didn't, Green, don't be irratio-" Blue rested a hand on his shoulder, and her head jerked towards me as it dawned on her. "Did you do it?" A snicker escaped me, and soon erupted into a maniacal laugh. I could feel their ludicrous stares burning into me.
"Me? You think that I did this? Yeah I did! It's because you weren't there! It's all your fault!" I pointed a finger at them, my sanity cracking and dissolving. I kept laughing, but for a reason unknown to me. It really was their fault! Why didn't I see it before?
"Red, why?" Blue sobbed, socking me in the jaw hard, her tears flowing like a river down her pale cheeks. "She was just a girl! A little girl who we burdened with too much! You are a disgrace- don't even think about returning to Kanto!" With that, Blue and Green fled the scene. Their sobs echoed throughout the forest, but soon faded.
"Like my sanity." I whispered, still smiling. It wasn't a fake smile- it was a real, genuine, smile. "Live without me. What good is the world with me anyways?"

Damn- you are merciless! Well, it's not like this is the true ending. I truly hope you completed this route for your own curiosity... Speaking of that, you probably want to know what happens next.

Red went missing; while Green and Blue used every ounce of power they had to bring justice to his doorstep. They never found out that it was Claude who commited to murder of Yellow. In the end, they never found Red either. Platina and her gang tried their best to ease the original Dex holders pain... for the rest of their lives, they grieved for their little sister. Yellow never graced them with her kindness ever again.

Pretty sad, huh? And what's worse is that they found Red's Pokémon- with their home of Pokéballs shattered. The Pokémon on the battlefield were never found either; the disappeared with Yellow's Pokémon along with the airship. Team Galactic never resurfaced after their leader perished. This... is the worst ending. The apocalypse of Red and Yellow. Their love fell like the snow that buried their hopes and dreams. Pretty dark, am I right? Now, go get yourself a better ending. Unless you are content with this one. I sure hope not.

If you spared Claude, and wish to bury Yellow...

The currently damp dirt was bestowed with even more tears; I cried heavier tears than before. Maybe this is because this is truly our last goodbye. The grave was already finished by my hands, and engraved into a stone was her name and her accomplishments.

Yellow de Viridian Grove

Died at 18; beat Lance of the Elite Four at 10, and owned a Pokédex. She was part of the original 4, and was loved by everyone as a dear friend and sister. May you Rest In Peace- you deserve it more than you know.

"Red! Hey, idiot-" I turned around, drying my tears. It was embarrassing to be pitied. Especially by your closest friends. "Green... Blue..." I said, staring at them. They looked worn out- I wish I didn't have to burden them with even more bad news. But it looks like they took the hint of the lump of dirt behind me. There were tears on the edges of Blue's eyes, and Green's hair shadowed his fiery eyes.
"Did you do this; tell me, please..." Green whispered in defiance of the fact that his pupil had passed on. His eyes now gave me a glare. "Of course I didn't. You know how I felt- how I feel about her." I looked away from Green's burning gaze. "W-well then, who did? I will crush them!" Blue screamed, tears running down her face. "The job is already done. Yellow sacrificed herself to kill her father."
A deafening silence rested over us like a thin, stiff blanket. "Come on... w-we need to tell the others." Said a cold Green, already turning away. "I'll stay here for a little bit longer..." I told him, expecting him to reject the idea. I awaited his negative response, but it never came. The two lovebirds left the gravesite, leaving me alone.
I turned back to the grave, and knelt down to it. "Yellow..." I could already feel the tears coming, but I didn't let them fall. "You brought a lot of happiness into my life. I wish I could have done more to help you, because you did so much to help me. I wish that I didn't respect your wish to battle him alone, then I could have saved you. I could have done so much more... but I didn't. Now you are gone.
"You always reminded me of the sky. You were bright every time I met you, but not like the sun or the moon. You knew exactly when to be sad or angry, but almost always were you kind and beautiful. That's why I love you. You never acted irrationally, you were always you. Thank you for everything."
I stood up, and turned to leave. Then I turned back to Yellow.

"I love you."

How sweet, but sad at the same time. They never got to exchange those three precious words to each other successfully. But, I suppose you would like to know what happens.
Red went back to Kanto, still struggling from his loss. After time, he made a living for himself by creating a crime fighting organization. Green and Blue were the co-founders, and it seemed as if everyone was happy. But they still couldn't forget Yellow. If anyone would bring her up in a conversation, then at least one of them would break down.
Their love was... tragic? Do you still want a better ending? Well... we are going to have to wait for that.
