Tales of a Forbidden Love

Alex

Back at the lab where I first met Stevie. It's pretty warm in here and it still ulooks the same. Except for the whole bunch of scientists all over the place. It's just me, Stevie and his over dramatic friend Joe.

"What are you doing?!" Joe repeats that question over and over again.

"I'm opening Unit 3. There's the Transporter I've been working on." Stevie says while concentrating on his computer.

That reminds me of Ely. I miss him so much. I don't know how I survive a couple of days without talking to him. We always use to do everything together. And never use to miss one day without talking to each other.

"Stevie." I heard that voice before.

I turn around to see The Prince of Mars. Once again we lock eyes. Focusing on each other now.

"Human huh?" He's talking to me.

I shake my head not able to respond back to him.

"Alex, I could explain." Stevie tried to justify himself

"Alex?" I asked the Prince

He nods his head. God he's beautiful.

"Lock her up." Alex says to one of his little minions behind him.

What? I thought we had a thing.

"Stevie?"

Stevie looks at me with a frown. "Alex, she's a friend of mine."

"A friend?...We're no friend to any human." Alex is kinda an asshole.

With that being said his minion takes me away back to my cell from when I first got here. He pushes me inside and locks the door. I bang on the door and fall onto the floor. This is useless.

The following day

I've been siting on the cold hard floor for the past 15 hours. I couldn't sleep. I couldn't eat. I could just think. Although I have a headache now.

"Open the door." Alex says to one of his man.

I lift myself up from the floor. The door opens. We locked eyes again. He's more breath taking than before. I cant find the right words to say. All I know that I'm pissed off for what he put me through.

"What now?...gunna eat my brains?" I asked while leaning my back against the door.

He smiles and say "I'm going to have to pass on that offer. Brains isn't my favorite." His obvious sarcasm is irritating.

His minion grabs my arm and pulls me down to sit on a chair. Then he grabs several needles plug to a machine and jab them into my arm. I squeal just a little. His eyes are haunting me.

His little sidekick looks at my pulse on the machine and gestures to Alex to take a look. I can't believe I became a lab rat. Then again they're aliens and I'm the human. I'm the "unknown".

"Watch her. Don't take your eyes off her not even for one minute." Alex threatens the guy. Then he walks away leaving me and his friend alone.

Back on Earth

Ely is walking back and forth repeatedly in his lab.

"What the hell I'm going to do! I can't believe this happened." Ely worked day and night since he transported Serena to Mars, to bring her back. But there's no point to this. How can he bring her back when he does not know where he transported her too.

And to make things worse her parents have been asking for her lately. All he came up with was

"She's staying over at my place for a few days. She's safe Mr.Cali and Mrs.Cali." Ely says through the phone

He lied to them. He had never lied to adults before. Freaking out more than ever. Ely won't give up on fixing the transporter and identifying the last location. He has to save Serena. He has to do it for her.

Ely grabs a liter of Coffee and drink a big gulp of it. "Got my Coffee and Advil here." He grabs a water spray bottle and spray on his face. "This should keep me going for more hours."

Back at Mars

I watch him as he eats his meal. His back turned to me with just a bit turn around a to check up on me. I take that moment when his back is facing me and grab the chair I was sitting on.

*Boom*

I knock him out with the chair.

"Sorry." I touch him to see if he's truly knockout. I grab duct tape and taped him on to the chair.

As fast as my feet can carry me I head towards the exit until I heard footsteps then I immediately went the other way towards a close door.
