Chapter 23| We Found Him

Last night, I literally had to sleep outside, but I really deserve it. I couldn't sleep, so I just decided to try to find her dad. I had a computer, so what I'm pretty sure it's easy to find someone, I searched up any artists with the last name, Love. I examined all of them and tried to find one that looked close to her. And, I found someone that looked like her, I wasn't sure though his name was Kevin Love and his artwork was similar to Kelsey's. I heard something from upstairs, i quickly got up, and it was Kelsey.

"I got something to show you." I grabbed her hand, but quickly let me go.

"What?" She asked.

I showed her, "Is this him?"

My head hurt for crying so much last night. I went downstairs to go take medicine and Shawn just randomly came out. I couldn't make out what he said to me, but all I know that he grabbed my hand. I f**kin' let him go. I was so pissed because I just wanted to take medicine, but he had to bother me.

He walked me to the living room, "What?" I asked in a frustrated tone.

Then, he pointed at the computer screen, and asked me "Is this him?"

I looked at the computer screen, all I saw was a picture of a guy, but when I examined it, all the pieces started coming together, when I looked down at his neck, I saw that he was wearing the exact same necklace my mother gave him for his birthday, that was the moment I knew I was looking at my dad. Shawn just stood back.

"Is that him?" He asked me while he moved next to me.

I felt tears coming out my eyes and all I did was nod.

He chuckled, "Great, now all we have to do is get you to him."

I looked at him, "What?"

He smirked, "You heard me, you will see him again, and now it's all up to me to do that."

I shook my head, "No, it's fine, I just wanted to see him."

"Please, I'll do anything to make you happy."

"Shawn, I'll get caught..you'll get caught...we'll get caught."

"No, we won't as long as I make a great plan." I paused for a second, "Do you still hate me?" I asked with my innocent eyes.

She smiled and put one of her hands on my shoulder, "Yep." And, walked back to my room.

Well I tried. Now I have to think of a plan.

I'm sorry I haven't updated, I'm always too busy doing homework or something related to school and slowly becoming a trouble maker 😀. I had this short chapter done a long time ago, and I don't know why but never published it 🤔.
