Leo and Calypso's Garage

Chapter 14

Holly snap. I think this is going to be the last chapter... Imma cry...

okay here goes:

Leo

They were both frozen. I mean, Calypso eventually took her lips off of Leo's face. Sooner than he would have liked, but never mind.

It was quiet for an awkward moment. Leo couldn't hear anything anyways. His brain was too fuzzy.

He did have a enough strength to focus in time to hear Calypso mumble, "That did not happen."

Leo gave a little smirk and looked at his hands. "Just like that other one didn't happen? You know, I'm starting to think that you have a thing for me."

Calypso got bright red. "I-I do not! I-"

Leo turned towards her. "Maybe that's why you weren't freed when Percy asked the gods. They knew I'd be coming to sweep you off your feet."

Calypso had a smile on her face that said 'I am going to kill you, Valdez'.

She sighed. "You do not make things easy for me, Leo Valdez," she mumbled.

Leo grinned. "Oh come on. You know I'm never going to make things easy for you. You should just get used to it."

"Why should I get used to it?"

"I mean, it depends if this happens or not."

Leo, all of a sudden rolling all of his confidence up into a ball, put a finger under Calypso's chin and gently brought her closer until their lips touched.

You know that ball of confidence Leo had? Poof! Gone!

Leo's body melted into his shoes, but somehow his heart managed to beat even louder.

Though, when Calypso slid her hand into his hair and pulled him closer, he thought he was going to go into cardiac arrest.

Calypso slowly started to pull away, leaving Leo disappointed.

"Did that one happen?" he asked her.

She gave a small smile and started taking her hand away from him. "If you want."

Leo grinned. "I want it to happen again."

Calypso gave a laugh and pulled him closer until they were kissing again.

Unfortunately for Leo, someone gave a laugh and the two broke apart.

Percy was there, holding hands with Annabeth. Next to them were the four others. Piper, Jason, Frank, and Hazel.

"It's about time!" Annabeth exclaimed.

Leo peered out to what was behind the six. More campers.

"Great." he mumbled.

"We thought we were going to have to do something to get you two to open your eyes!" Hazel teased.

Leo rolled his eyes. "Ha ha."

"As a camp tradition, you two are going to need to cool off," Percy said with an evil grin.

Leo didn't know what he meant.

In the blink of an eye, Calypso and Leo were both lifted off of their feet by the campers and carried down to the docks.

Leo knew what was coming. He grabbed Calypso's hand as they were thrown into the ice cold water. Though, Leo instantly got warm as Calypso grabbed onto him and they floated up to surface.

Calypso laughed once they had air.

"Whoops, is it cold?" Percy joked from the dock.

Leo laughed and shook the water off of his hand so he could light a fire. Once he got a flame he called, "Don't worry about it." He knew Calypso was rolling her eyes at him. Percy laughed and the campers started to leave.

Calypso laughed and pulled Leo towards her and kissed him. He gently set his hand on her wet hair. She jerked her head away and smirked. "Your hand is hot."

He immediately shoved his hand in the water. "Sorry! Are you okay? Did I burn you?"

She shook her head and wrapped her arms around his neck. "You did not hurt me."

Leo sighed, "Good," and kissed her softly.

There must have been a stray camper, because someone from the shore called, "Wooo!" in a high voice. Leo just smiled against Calypso until she pulled away.

She gave him a grin hat had recently started to appear on her face. "I still hate you," she teased.

Leo grinned too. "Oh, trust me. I know."
