Tokiya would be hesitant about being near them if they're sick but since he wants to see them he'd offer to nurse them for a while. He'd be very helpful. Doing things like going to buy them medicine, making them drink plenty of fluids to keep them from getting dehydrated,but he'd be really strict about them being up when they should be resting. He'd fight the urge to spray lots of disinfectant spray around their room with each sneeze.
AI would pretty much invite himself over to where his crush was so that he could care for them. Since he doesn't get sick he wouldn't be running all over the place being over the top with his care. I say that because he wouldn't know exactly how they're feeling. So he'd just take notice of their symptoms so that he could buy the proper medicines. He'd stick around so that he could keep a close eye on them and constantly checking their temperature for signs of fever because if there's one thing he actually can relate to it's overheating.
Reiji's family has a dish for everything so he'd try his best to keep them well fed despite their uneasy stomach. He'd make sure they weren't bored each day they have to stay inside. He'd call his mom for home remedies and approach his crush with bizarre, out-dated methods that will actually work. He'd constantly find things to keep them smiling and entertained to keep them from wanting to move about. When they're tired and ready to nap he'll try his best to sit quietly until they wake up again.
Ren wouldn't enjoy his crush having to stay in all day because that's just plain boring. He'll make soups that his mom used to make for him as a kid and offer to feed it to them because 'he wouldn't want to to overwork themselves.' He's not one to sugarcoat anything though so even though they're not dating he's still going to flirt with them. He'd tell them how cute they looked with a red nose. He'd offer up advice on ways to break a cold fast. Things like: 'Well you could always sweat it out.' Leaving it to them to decipher.
Ranmaru probably wouldn't offer himself up as a nurse but if his crush asked he'd be there. He would make sly remarks that would translate to 'If you get me sick I'll kill you.' He'd bring every medicine bottle he owns for them to decide which they'd want to take. Whenever they need something he's not going to be very eager about getting up and moving around. Let's just say he's probably going to complain a lot. He would do all those things not because he doesn't want to be there. If he didn't want to help out he wouldn't. It's just when he gets around his crush he tries his best to make sure his cool face doesn't melt.
