*Kelsey's POV*
I left Harry's side slowly walking over to the hospital bed where Gemma laid. Tears began to prick at my eyes as I looked at her almost empty, pale body. Gemma's body looked so lifeless and fragile, as though if you touched her she would break. I couldn't help but want to cry as I continued to look at her. I understood what Harry and her had been through and to think she had been put this way by a stupid man, made me sick. No one deserved this kind of pain.
I returned my vision to Harry as he wiped away a few tears that had fallen from his beautiful, green eyes.
"How long do they think she has?" I softly whispered, that soft that I didn't even think Harry could hear me.
"Months, Weeks, Hours. They have no idea." Harry stood from the seat next to Gemma's bed, walking around to the left side of her body and gently placing his hand over hers.
"But I know she can make it out, she's tough and I.. she will make it. I know she will!"
The drive home from the hospital was awkward and in complete silence. Harry didn't speak once as if he was over thinking too much to talk. As we pulled into my driveway Harry let out a jagged sigh, turning off the engine before turning to me.
"Harry....? Do you want to stay tonight?" I watched as his eyes widened at my words before I received a light nod, confirming my question. I spun around in my seat, turning to the door to open it as Harry spoke from behind me.
"Are you sure your parents are okay with this though?" I spun back to Harry before nodding to him,
"They will understand."

I opened the front door, stepping in and closing it behind Harry and I. I turned to find my mother standing in the kitchen, washing up the dishes obviously from dinner. I ushered Harry up stairs to my bedroom as I walked towards the kitchen.
"Mum?" I questioned softly, her eyes darted to me with soft features.
"Harry is going to stay the night." I spoke to her. My mother's eyes widened at my words, I could tell she obviously wasn't happy about him staying but in all honesty, I couldn't care.
"What did you have for dinner?" I softly asked walking towards the fridge; I opened the 2 large white doors. The coolness of the fridge overcoming my senses.
"Steak and Salad, it wasn't anything too fancy." I closed the fridge door before returning back to her side.
"I know you don't like boys staying over, but he has had a bad day and I think it's best if he isn't alone tonight." She let out a deep sigh, before answering me.
"Okay." Mum's eyes darted to mine for a moment. She let a slight nod pass as she returned her vision to the dishes, continuing her previous task. I exited the kitchen, ascending up the stairs to my bedroom. I turned the door knob to the side, opening the door and stepping inside. I closed the door behind me before spinning around to face Harry. My eyes connected with the curly haired boy, positioned cross-legged in the centre of my bed. I swiftly walked towards Harry taking a seat next to him on the bed, I placed my hands on his gently rubbing my fingers over his knuckles.
"Do you want to watch a movie?" I asked, moving to leave the comfort of the bed. The reassuring nod that I received confirmed my question. I stood from the bed walking over to one of my CD cupboards, taking a seat on the floor next to it. I scanned my eyes over the various amounts of DVD's calling out a few titles to Harry, still not receiving an approval to any of them. I ran from fingers over the cases of the DVD's before finally picking one and not even bothering to ask if Harry wanted to watch it or not, we were just going to watch this one. 'Letters to Juliet' was the movie I had picked. I lifted myself from the floor, bringing the DVD to my chest as I walked over to my TV in the corner of my room. I turned to Harry, whose eyes were completely fixed on my movements before returning back to the TV.
I placed the DVD down on the table, flicking the switch on the TV to turn on, then turning the DVD player on. I walked back to the bed where Harry was still positioned.
"Do you want to get changed?" He asked me softly, I nodded in response.
I stood once again from the bed, walking over towards one of my cupboards pulling out a pair of pyjama shorts and a shirt. I turned to walk towards the bathroom before Harry spoke to me.
"Where are you going?" He asked replying to as why I was walking away. "To get changed."
"Kels, I've seen you naked. I don't really think you changing in front of me is any different." I shyly turned away from Harry holding the clothes close to my chest.
"I know, but I'm not that open to getting changed in front of you." I heard Harry chuckled slightly as I walked into the bathroom, closing the door behind me.
I returned from the bathroom moments later, changed and hair brushed. I pressed play on the TV as I walked past it and walked towards the bed.
"Move over." I ushered to Harry, gently sliding into the covers. He did as so moving over to the other side of the bed and sliding under as I did. I dimmed the slight switch to my right, turning the lights in the room to a faint glow as I settled down in the bed next to Harry. The TV volume was just loud enough to hear the people speaking and laughing.
I swivelled my head in Harry's direction, his green eyes already fixed on mine. I lifted up one of my arms ushering Harry in for a hug. Harry nuzzled his head into my chest as he wrapped his arms around my body, pulling me in close to his.
"She will pull through, she has a big tough brother like yourself there for her every step of the way. She isn't going anywhere Harry." Harry's eyes darted to mine, his features soft and sad. I rested one of my hands on his cheek, pulling him in for a kiss. I gently pressed my lips to his, feeling his soft lips against mine as his moved with me.
Harry pulled back from the kiss, resting his forehead on mine.
"Thank you so much. For everything." He whispered softly, leaving a little wet kiss on my forehead.
One thing stunned me about Harry, how he could go from this tough mean guy to such an innocent shy person in a matter of situations. It was weird how his personality's changed but I loved the soft side of him a lot more than the dark one.
His breath hitched slightly at my words, clearing his throat.
"I don't tell people a lot of things Kelsey, I'm not one to be entirely open about feelings and stuff like that. I guess, I guess Gemma has kind of always been my little secret. She is the one I have to protect, she is my little sister. Kelsey, I'm all she has left."
What did Harry mean by all she had left? Surely they have other family members, Harry talked to me about them before she he must have others.
"One day will you tell me? Tell me the things you haven't told." Harry's eyes darted to mine.
"Maybe, one day."
