*Harry's POV*

"Now before I tell you anything, I just want you to know that I will be confessing to a few lies that I've told you over the past few months, but I don't want you to get angry." She nodded at my words, turning to face me instead of the view.

"Okay, well, if you hadn't already noticed, my parents are never home. And that's because they don't actually live here. I just kind of made up the whole that they were away thing. My dad however does live down south, he lives away because mum and him got divorced when I was 7. Ever since then, he took my little brother and Gemma well she stayed here, she was always a mummy's girl. But she also didn't want to leave me here alone with mum. From the divorce onwards, mum turned towards alcohol and drugs to escape reality, I guess you could say.

I know I told you the story about how Gemma got admitted to hospital, but I wasn't fully honest about that either. All of what I said was true though, except the one who attacked her wasn't her boyfriend. Guy was actually the best thing that ever happened to Gemma, she kind of went downhill like mum after the divorce, Noel just kind of pulled her from her funk. He still goes and visits her on a 2nd day basis, he goes and plays that song you heard me playing to her. It's called 'Half a Heart' if you were wondering by the way.

Okay, I'm getting offtrack. Mum never really like Noel, always said he was bad news, but like she would know right from wrong. But anyways, Gemma snuck out to see Noel one night and she didn't get home till 3 in the morning. Mum waited up all night until she got home, and once Gem got into the house, mum practically stalked her to her bedroom. Once inside, she hit her over the head with a vase. And then she just continually bashed and bashed her until Gemma wouldn't get up. Gemma's room is next to mine so I was woken by her screaming and the sound of the vase breaking as it hit the floor. I honestly had no idea what it was to begin with, but as soon as I walked in I knocked mum off of Gemma and immediately called 911. I swear, if I hadn't of gotten there, I swear she would had finished Gemma off then and there. Gemma always tells me she owes her life to me, but honestly, I don't think she does.

I'm just happy Gemma is still alive."

"Harry, you did save her, I could see how she feels as though she does owe her life to you. If I had that happen to me, and you saved me like that, I would feel as though I owed more then my life to you."

I wrapped Kelsey into my body, encasing her to me.

"Keep going."

I let out a deep breathe.

"This happened just over 2 years ago. Just after the incident happened, the police came in asking questions about what had happened. Apparently mum had told the police that I was the one to hurt Gemma and that apparently when mum tried to help Gemma, I hit her as well. The police believe mum's story over mine, and due to the fact Gemma was in a comma she couldn't deny anything. I was sentenced to 7 years jail." I heard sniffles below me as Kelsey began to sob.

"Hey, hey, what's the matter?" Kelsey lent into me, hugging me.

"I'm sorry all this has happened to you."
