I apologize, but we share a more profound bond (Destiel/Denny)

I was pressed against the large tree and Benny's lips were on mine in an instant, let's just say that Benny and I had a thing. It was purgatory, anything can happen. This was one of the times where monsters weren't trying to take us down and gank us and I just wanted the southerner close to me right now. Benny broke the kiss and leaned his forehead on mine. "I like when you do that." I said, my breathing deep and my voice a bit husky.

"Yeah, I do too." Benny replied with a smile. "We need to get going soon. if we're going to find that angel."

Cas, I've been looking for him since we got split up when we got here. Let's just say that you shouldn't get close to exploding Dick. Benny and I had been traveling for almost 2 weeks and already we have gotten pretty close. Kissing, cuddling, sex, it was all involved. Well the third thing only once. But I hadn't forgotten about my best friend in the mix of all of this chaos. "let's rest for the night, pick it back up tomorrow." I said, Benny nodded and we settled into the nearest place that would hide us, without any kind of monster bothering us. I snuggled into Benny's arms and I went to sleep.

The next morning we awoke early and got moving. We took down a couple leviathan on the way, none of which were happy to see us. After what seemed like ages, we happened across what looked like a river bank, I decided to wash up the best I could, or at least get the blood off of my face and hands, but when I got closer, I spotted him. He looked small and dirty, crouching by the water as his filthy coat brushed the ground. He looked beautiful to me though as I rushed toward him. "Cas!" I yelled, he looked up, obviously taken aback at the sight of me and rose from the ground.

"Dean..." he started before my arms were wrapped around him and I was hugging him tighter than I ever had before.

"Nothing hurt you right? I swear to god if something hurt you-" I was cut off by Castiel holding his hand up and shutting me down.

"I am fine Dean, I am not hurt, I would appreciate if you would hold me a little looser because you are cutting my oxygen off by atleast 30%." The angel said calmly. And I let go of him, only resting my hands on his shoulders, examining his body like I wouldn't see it again, making sure he really was here and alright as I drank in every feature of him, his dark, messy hair, his never ending blue eyes, the dirty beige trench coat that he almost never took off.

Benny cleared his throat and I let go of him, walking over and placing a hand on Benny's shoulder instead. "This is Benny, he's saved my ass more times in can count. Benny, this is Castiel, who has also saved my bacon quite a bit." he smiled and the two shared looks of hatred, and I had no clue why.

Castiel nodded to Benny and soon we were back on the trail to home, Cas seemed eerily close, his shoulder brushing mine as we walked, but Benny kept behind, he hadn't touched me since we set off last night. I was going to have to ask about it later.

Several hours later we all decided to stop at a cave area, Benny checked for anything supernatural and Cas stayed with me. "I'm glad you found me Dean." he said, taking my hand in his, it was a friendly way I'm sure.

"I am too Cas." I said, Benny came out and immediately gazed hatefully at our hands.

"it's all clear." he had said before retreating back into the cave with myself and Castiel following behind.

Later on I pulled Benny outside of the cave. "Babe, what's wrong with you?" I asked, stepping closer to the vampire brunette.

"The way that angel looks at you. I can't handle it." he looked away from me but I pulled his face to mine.

"hey, Cas is my best friend, that's all." I said. He looked at me and I gave him a sweet kiss. "You have nothing to worry about." he nodded and pulled me close.

The next night Cas pulled me out of my slumber and right outside of the dark cavern. "Jesus Cas can't a guy get some-" I was pushed against the stone and a pair of lips were on my own, does seem like Déjà vu to you or what? I was surprised at first before I eventually gave into the angels strong embrace. It was a little while before I heard the crunch of footsteps. And the clearing of a throat.

"I knew you had a thing for the angel Dean, but I didn't think you would lie to me." Benny's face was hard and looked emotionless, but I could see the swirls of blue and grey in his eyes, even in the darkness.

"I apologize Benny, he has always liked me more, Dean and I share a more profound bond....it's nothing against you, really." he said, holding me in place tightly my shirt clumped into handfuls.

"Dean..." Benny looked at me, his face one of heartbreak and anger. I just wanted everything to be alright again.
