Chapter 3

Farrahs P.O.V

I walked into our first class of the day with my bestfriends Nicole and Lexi by my side.

"Josh Kippman is looking so hot today." Said Nicole with a preppy smile on her face.

"He has a girlfriend! They have been dating for 4 years!." I say as I set my books down on my desk inbetween Nicole And Lexi's.

"Do I look like I care? I have had a crush on Josh for 7 years and I am not gonna let a slut stand in my way." Nicole said as she slammed her books down on her desk next to mine.

Lexi was on her twitter.

"Ergh" Lexi said as her head fell back.

"What?" I said as she was typing angrily on her twitter.

"Niall is tweeting other people! Why cant I be one of them for once?" She said. I could tell she was getting pissed.

"CALM YOUR TITS!" Nicole and I said in unison.

"I swear if I was not busy tweeting I would smack the piss out of both of you." Lexi said concentrating on her phone.

"Good morning class, I am hoping that you all had a good weekend?" Mrs.Brookes said as she made her way around the classroom with her eyes. She looked down at her desk

"Put the phone away Miss Jordan." She said as Lexi's face turned red.

Me and Nicole both started giggling and Lexi slapped us to shut us up.

"OUCH!" Nicole and I said.

"Maybe if you guys would stop laughing you would not have to be in pain!" Lexi said as she opened her purse and put her phone in it.

Lexi has been through a lot of rough times andNicole and I are the only ones that know about how her dad used to abuse her.

She would go home and he would hit her. Her mom had no idea about it and Lexi did not want to tell her in fear that her dad would hurt her more.

Me and Nicole would be getting phone calls in the middle of the night from Lexi saying that he hurt her again and that she wished she had never been born but her dad died 3 months ago so she doesn't have to worry about him anymore.

Lexi had moved out of her house when she was 16 because her mom though she should get a head start so she was emancipated, given permission to live on her own even though she isn't yet of the legal adult age.

The reason her dad abused her was because about a year ago her older sister Skylar went missing. Skylar had been out with friends doing what teenagers do, going to parties, drinking, just being teenagers. But that night her sister did not come home that night.

Her dad called the cops and told them where she had been that night and they found her blood at the house she was attending the party at.

The search for Skylar went on for about 2 months but her body nowhere to be found so the search was suspended. Lexi's dad became depressed and got used to the idea that Skylar is probably dead.

Lexi's dad became more and more depressed over time and started taking out his anger out on Lexi.

Lexi and Skylar were about as close as two sisters could be.

They laughed at each others stories and told each other everything. Everyday I can tell how much Lexi misses Skylar. She still wears the heart shaped diamond necklace that her sister gave to her every single day. Her sister was the one that turned Lexi, me, and Nicole into Directioners.

Skylar was the biggest Directioner I had ever had the pleasure of knowing.

I heard the bell ring and that signaled the end of the class.

"I am so hungry!" I heard Lexi wine as she picked up her books and stormed out of the class with me and Nicole following behind her.
