I think Erin Richards would be an awesome villain to partner up with Loki. Her performance as Barbara Kean on Gotham is pretty cool.

*She loves the idea of more power. She's harsh and unforgiving, always giving off a sweet facade to get what she wants. (So she's manipulative.)
