Extra things:

*She can be in a younger year than them at Hogwarts (but not too young to where the age difference is creepy, please no), but exceptionally talented at pranking, so much that it's enough to rival them both.

*She doesn't have to be friends with the Golden Trio, maybe the Silver Trio (Ginny, Neville, and Luna if you didn't know that fun fact)

*She's the quiet girl you least suspect to stir up trouble, that's why she's so good, because she covers her tracks (except in the case of the Weasley twins)

*This should be a lighter story, with little danger.

*Get creative with the pranks! She doesn't have to prank just Fred and George, you know!

*She could maybe have a friend or few that help her pull off the bigger pranks.
