Thea's had it rough with guys. Don't get me wrong, Roy was the best for her out of all of her guys. But, as observed throughout the seasons, our Thea is attracted to someone with a level of danger in them.

*He has an unhealthy obsession for Speedy/tries to win her affection by committing crimes (but he thinks that it'll impress her)

*He's a bad guy, so make him that. Maybe make him a little bit insane too, to go along with the obsession of Thea Queen bit.

*He's clever and is already three steps ahead of the vigilantes and likes to play mind games with them.

*Someone please take this, it can be a really awesome plot!
