My alarm rings and I feel my head pound the longer I hear it. I groan and shut it off. Today marks Jade's second week in the ICU. As much as it hurt not having her around it made me strong. Not just for me but for her. I rub my eyes and groggily head to the bathroom. I honestly couldn't be shitted to do much. But Jade wouldn't want that. Here I am being strong and making her proud. She'd want that.

When I was finished I decide to have breakfast at the Waffle House. Eating here alone wasn't the most splendid feeling. I open the door and jumped, "Guys, what the fuck."

Outside my apartment was the whole crew including Elijah and Nathan. I never really noticed how many of us there was till now, "Who's birthday did I miss because it definetly isn't mine."

"You didn't miss anyone's," Jesy smiles, "we thought we'd take a day off work and spend the day with you."

"For me? You're joking right?," I ask, "I feel so selfish." I explain.

"There's no need to be babe." Leigh smiles, "besides the weather is amazing." Normani adds, "And Jade wouldn't want us to leave you all alone. So we thought we'd bring you to the Waffle House." "Cheer up Princess because she'll be out in no time." Luke smiles as he steps towards me and offers me his hand.

"You deserve every inch of happiness and laughter." he explains as he kisses my forehead.

"Then if you want we can go check on her," Lauren smiles, "I know you miss her a lot."

"It's hard baby girl but life's tough and I guess this is all to teach us a lesson. Think before you act. You never know how fucked up karma will be to you."

"Especially for that dick head." Ashton scoffs. Ally hits him on the shoulder and eyes him," For gods sake Ashton."

"I'm sorry baby." he whispers.

"It's fine," I answer, "so... are we going to stand here or are we going to eat?"

They all turn around and file down the hallway like kindergartners. It was quite funny. All of them were squished up against each other trying to get through. Luke decided to stay away from it and walk with me.

"And you say I'm weird." he laughs.

"Well that's because you actually are you idiot." I laugh.

"Excuse you but I am beyond amazing to be weird."

"Says the boy who used Michael's underwear as a hat."

"Hey." he snaps.

"And the boy who sings loudly in the shower."

"Girl, don't act like your fucking ass don't. I hear you singing. And fucking," he laughs," oh ow ah ah Jade I'm I'm cuming."

I slap his bicep with the back of my hand making him laugh.

"Dick. I hope Selena makes you bleed to death." I joke.

"You didn't just say that." he chuckles.

"Oh but I did." I grin as I let his hand go and start sprinting. But he caught be before I could pass the entire group. He lifts me off the ground and spins me around, "Where do you think you're going?" he asks. "Away from you." I laugh as I try to wriggle out of his grasp. It was impossible to even try. I stop eventually and he lets me go.

"I guess Harry really loves Jade," he says softly, "I haven't heard or seen him since the accident."

"That's the thing about Jade," I say, "she has an effect on people that's impossible to explain. I can't blame him for falling for her but the sex... he knew we were together that whole time."

"Until we got engaged." he adds.

"Exactly," I answer, "I don't blame her for her actions. She was vulnerable and intoxicated. She would never do anything like that unless it really cuts deep inside her. He took advantage of her because she was drunk and he loved her. Well loves her. Up till now he still thinks that one day she'll fly into his arms," I continue, "Harry's a really nice guy. We all know that and he just went really off that line. I couldn't even fall asleep that night. I had no idea where she was, I left about 23 voicemails and 25 texts. None of them I got a reply to. When she came home I never expected what I saw. Her makeup was smudged, her hair was messy, her clothes weren't on properly, she smelt like alcohol and she had the biggest regret down her throat. She wouldn't stop crying for hours and hours even if I already forgiven her. She thought I was faking it."

Luke smiles and rubs the small of my back. His lips press against my blonde hair and I close my eyes for a second.

"He's learnt his lesson and I hope he doesn't stir more trouble. Jade's accident is probably the biggest wake up call for anyone, for us and mostly for him. After what happened I don't think he would want to be face to face with her again. If I was him I'd be as far  away as possible. He's lucky that she's still breathing. I'd be the first to lay my hands of him if anything worse happened." he explains.

I nod and by the time we finish what we both had to say we were at the Waffle House. Ally was basically at the top of the world right now. Our deep thoughts start to drain out of our minds and laughter escapes each of our lips, "Food's on me." I yell.

Everyone yells out at once and a debate rises as to who will. Zayn especially was very keen.

"You guys," I laugh, "all of you stop. It's bad enough that all of you took your day off. So as a huge ass thank you for doing this I'll pay."

They finally agree and sat down at a table at the back of the restaraunt. Everyone sits with who they want and began to order what they desire.

I sit down between Luke and Elijah and  couldn't help but smile at the fact that they were all here for me.

I walk into the ICU with Luke while everyone waits outside. As much as we want them with us there's too many of us. So we decided to take it in turns. The nurse leads us to Jade's room and tells us that she'll be around the cornwr if anything goes wrong. We thank her and stand by the door.

"You ready?"

I take and deep breath and nod, "You think she'll kill me if I wake her?"

Luke laughs, "I don't think so."

"You sure?" I laugh.

"I'm sure. Now get your ass in there."

"Don't you want to come in with me?"

"Do you want me to?"

"She's your best friend." I laugh.

"And she's your fiance."

"So?"

"Don't you want to be alone?"

"We're literally alone most of the time. Trapped in our little apartment. She won't mind. So are you coming or not Hemmo?"

He laughs, "Fine."

I smile and took ahold of his hand as I open the door. Jade twitches and her eyes open slowly.

"Perrie? Luke?"

"No, actually it's Beyonce and Rihanna." Luke jokes.

Jade laughs softly to avoid the pain. I walk towards her and took her in my arms.

"I haven't seen you in a while." she smiles.

I stroke her hair and I smile, "I know. I miss you." I say, a single tear leaving my eye. Her smile turns into a frown and she brings her hand to my cheek, "Don't cry baby," she coos, "I'm ok."
