Chapter 3

The teacher had spoken to me and said," Rebecca were you here before lunch ?

"Yeah" I responded and stepped in taking a seat in the back where my bag was.

"Well, uhm, class this is our transfered student and apparently on the first day, this is Michael Saunders, you can sit in the back if you like? " she was telling him as she pointed to the desk right next to me.

Finally! English was over even though it's my favorite subject. I went to meet up with Gale so we could walk together. I started to think about today. It was pretty decent, I made a new friend and I have an insanely cute guy in my English class.

I saw Gale and she waved at me a said, "Hey"

" Hey, how was Chemistry?" I asked her.

"It's okay, how about you?" she replies.

" I had English and it was alright " as I blushed while I told her.

"Well... ? she asked

"Well what?" I answered looking at her.

"Spill it, what's his name?" she asked, Gale was excited. Crap, she probably saw that I was blushing. Why do I make it so obvious?

"Michael Saunders" I said kinda quickly.

We got to my house and I asked if she wanted to come inside for awhile or start to do homework. She smiled and said,"Sure" and we walked inside. My dog came running towards me. I guess he was very excited to see me & so was I.

I have a dog named Max. It was short for Maximus. He's a golden retriever and I got when I was 8 for my birthday. That was a good-bye gift from my dad. No, my dad didn't die.. He had been having issues with my mom and I guess he thought it was best to leave.

As Gale and I stepped inside,  he gave us a high five. Gale chuckled. "That's so cute" she cooed.

We ate, did homework and then we played with Max. It was getting pretty late and she had to get going. We all had a blast and she wanted to walk to school tomorrow and as I said yes, she was already leaving.
