Helena woke to a knock on her bedroom door.
"Excuse me Miss, but Mr.Sebastian told me to help you dress, yes he did," a voice came from behind the door.
"You can come in, no need to be shaky," Helena invited, seeing as the voice was female.
A woman with short, red hair came in nervously. She wore a dark blue and white maid's outfit. She had a large pair of round glasses on her face, along with a white maid's cap on her head.
"Hello, I'm Helena," Helena introduced with a smile.
"I'm Mey-rin," the maid answered.
Mey-rin helped Helena with her dress (above), and she went to go see Ciel at breakfast like she was told, by Mey-rin. As she entered the large hall, she seen Ciel already seated at the head of the table. Helena looked around, but no one was there besides three men. One was Sebastian, who she had meet previously. The other ones were new faces.
One was older, with blonde hair and a chiefs coat, indicating him as the cook. He had goggles around his neck, and a cigarette in his mouth. The other was younger, and also blonde. He had big green eyes and a straw hat around his neck loosely. His white shirt and brown pants had a bit of dirt on them, saying he was usually outside. The gardener, Helena guessed.
"Your down right pretty, lil' lady. By the way, I'm Bard," the older blonde complemented.
Helena nodded in response, smiling at the chief.
"And I'm Finny!" the younger explained.
"Hi, I'm Helena."
Ciel pointed to the seat on his right, telling her to sit. Helena sat as Sebastian pulled out her seat and pushed it in again. He placed a plate in front of them both and explained the dish, then added:
"I didn't know what our guest liked, so I just guessed. I do hope you like it."
Helena looked at the plate in front of her and smiled. Beacon and eggs, something she hasn't had in a while. She picked up her fork and started eating, enjoying every bite.
~After breakfast~Ciel- office~
He went to his office, thinking of their new guest. She was there with him in that prison, and the thing is, is that the dogs were slow to attack, almost as though they didn't want to. He sat in his big office chair and thought on it some more as he did a bit of paperwork. Not to long after, a knock was heard at his door.
"Come in," Ciel permitted.
Sebastian walked in, and had no trace of his usual smirk, making Ciel wonder.
"I have important information to tell you, Master," Sebastian stated.
"About?" Ciel questioned.
"Our guest."
"What about her?"
"She has a... gift," Sebastian paused.
His master gave his an odd look and he took it as a question.
"You can not lie to her, Master. She can see the truth. I don't know how exactly it works, but I would be wary," Sebastian explained, seeing the surprised look on his master's face.
"Should we question her?" Ciel asked carefully.
"I don't think it wise. There is a high probability that it connected to that incident," Sebastian countered.
Thinking about it further, Ciel understood the fact. Her odd ability might have been a after-affect of said incident. She would go into hysteria, as the men had seen once before. Ciel stood and looked out the window behind his desk, and seen Helena in the gardens. He stared at the girl, then he seen a dog.
Ciel tensed, not knowing how she would respond to the stray. Sebastian came to stand beside him, and noticed the dog also.
"I'll go get it," Sebastian then turned, but then heard his master whisper:
"No, I want to know how she reacts to it."
Sebastian nodded and stood beside him once again.
The stray wandered up to Helena, and she turned to him. She didn't even flinch as she pet the animal. The golden retriever wagged it's tail shyly.

Helena watched as the dog flinched as her hands went to the dog's head. She felt bad for the poor thing. She could tell it was abused, and wanted to help him. Bard walked up to her and the dog cowered. Helena turned to see Bard, and then soothed the retriever.
"Shh, now, he's a friend," Helena cooed.
"Glad you take me as a friend, Lady Helena," Bard smiled. "He's taken a liking to you. I've seen 'im 'round, but he cowered every time we tried to pet 'im," Bard explained, smile fading a bit.
"Most likely abused," Helena commented. "Sit."
Obediently, the dog sat.
"Up."
The dog stood.
"Sit," Bard tried, but the dog just stared at him.
Confused, Bard scratched his head.
"He seems to only listen to you, Miss," Bard complained a bit.
Helena giggled, and then felt someone watching her. She looked at Ciel's office window to see Ciel turn and walk away from the widow. Feeling a bit relived, Helena guided her new k-9 friend to the manor's kitchen, it following her willingly.
She found a bag of dog food, which she assumed it was for their dog, who she had yet to meet, and poured a bit into a bowl. Helena put it on the floor, and the dog happily ate. Ciel walked into the kitchen and gave a grimace in the dogs direction, earning a whimper from said animal.
"Ciel! Your scaring him!" Helena protested.
"Your not keeping him," Ciel countered with a dead tone.
"And why not?"
"Because this is my manor and I won't have a dog running through the house."
"You have a dog."
"He's special."
"So the guard dog doesn't like dogs?" Helena taunted.

As he heard the argument downstairs, Sebastian smirked. After a few minutes, Ciel sighed in defeat. Sebastian mentally congratulated his toy on cracking his thick-headed master. He was a bit jealous that he hadn't seen it play out himself. He thought about his little toy, but soon enough, he was having dirty thoughts. Like, for example, how her voice would sound moaning his name. He growled at the thought.
