Not hate? I know, making that little scene at the end will set off a bunch of fans, lol. When I first seen Book of Murder, I was all upset like, "Sebby, noooo!" And then it hit me. "Wait, he a demon, he ain't dead." The whole world was right. LOL. Welp, enjoy the chap!

Ciel sat in his chair at the head of the table, though no food sat in front of him, for Helena had proclaimed his not hungry. Being a demon helped when it came to hunger. Though he still had to eat, he didn't need to eat as much as a normal human did. He sat there, Helena to his right.

"Aren't we missing someone?" Irene asked.

Everyone thought about it and then Irene had the answer.

"Ah, we're missing Mr. Phelps!"

"He is so quiet, you can never tell he's there," Lau shrugged.

"No, I think we should check on him!" Arthur said, standing.

Running down the halls, the young couple looked at each other, nodding in agreement at a silent conversation.

"Where was he staying?" Arthur panicked.

He didn't want to be in a room next to a murder, so Sebastian put him in my room,' Ciel answered.

"Then where did you sleep?" Helena questioned.

"Phelps's room," he answered, giving her a sly look.

They got to the earl's chambers, and knocked on the door.

"Mr. Phelps!" Arthur called, getting no reply. "Where's the key?" he asked, looking at the earl.

"I don't know, Sebastian always had the key. With him dead..." Ciel trailed off.

"Move aside!"

Earl Gray swished his sword, and the door came down in pieces. The crew walked through the door and looked around. Mr. Phelps was nowhere to be seen. Arthur went up to the bathroom door and found Mr. Phelps on the ground, eyes wide in shock. Saliva was dripping from his mouth, and a bite mark was on his neck.

"He's been dead for a while. From the wound on his neck, I think he was poisoned with a needle," Arthur examined.

"To much trouble, if you ask me," Helena sighed. "Look closer there, doctor. Those are teeth marks."

Arthur looked closer, confirming her words.

"Was he attacked by Carmella?" Irene asked.

"A vampire?" Ciel inquired.

"Yes. I highly doubt such a thing exist though," Arthur voiced.

"Well, let's move him to the cellar," Helena said.

"Look at this," Arthur exclaimed.

In his hand, he had a broken clock. It read 2:23.

"Must have been knocked down during his death throws," Arthur mumbled to himself.

"Isn't that the clock on your nightstand, love?" Helena asked, hanging her arms around his shoulders.

"Indeed," Ciel confirmed.

"Well, we need to find the key," Arthur murmured, looking at the lord and lady. "We'll have to look at Sebastian's body."

"Right. Bard and Finny will accompany us,since they know the cellars better than I," Ciel offered.

"I'll be going also!" Earl Gray cheered, causing the countess' eye to twitch in irritation.

"Helena?" Ciel asked.

"No, I'll stay here," Helena answered.

The men walked down the winding stairs. Their party consisted of Earl Phantomhive, Earl Gray, Dotor Arthur, Bard, and Finny.

"With this setting, I wouldn't be surprised if you saw a ghost down here," Arthur pondered out loud.

"There is no such thing as ghost. I believe in that which I can cut with my blade," Earl Gray mumbled while holding on to Ciel for dear life.

"Then would you please release my arm?" Ciel said, irritated.

"I was only worried about you," Gray mumbled.

"Alright, we're here," Bard said.

Bard slowly opened the door, revealing the three victims. To the left was Phelps, in the middle was Sebastian, and to the right lied Siemens. The men walked up to Sebastian's corpse, and Arthur slipped on a pair of gloves Bard had handed him. He walked up to Sebastian's corpse, and pulled back the sheet. Sebastian's pale skin almost blended into the sheets, but that is now what stunned the men. He was wet.

"A leak? Not surprised," Bard commented.

But Sebastian would never let a single drop of water leak into the manor, Ciel thought. After a thorough search of Sebastian's body, they conceded.

"It isn't here. Do you know anywhere the key may be, Earl?" Arthur asked, puzzled.

"His quarters?" Ciel shrugged.

"Off we go then," Earl Gray said a little to quickly, causing Ciel to snicker.

The men walked into the butler's room. It had plain walls, and an unused bed in the middle. A wardrobe stood on the left side of the room, and two dressers, one on either side. The men began to search, but then Ciel looked at the wardrobe. Something was up with it. He sensed other life forms in it. He walked up to it cautiously, and then opened. A mountain of cats came tumbling out, and Ciel shivered.

"Cats?!" Ciel squeaked.

"Their so cuute~" Finny hummed, picking up a black one.

Ciel let out a few sneezes.
