I sat in my room for what seemed forever before Jc finally showed up. My heart was beating at an excessive rate and I knew that something was wrong. I knew that Ally was in trouble. I just knew. Jc drove me to his house and helped me inside considering I was too scared to move. When he did get me inside, I plopped down on his couch and clutched onto my phone, waiting for Ally to text me.
About half an hour later, Jc put a plate of food in front of me. I looked down at it and lifted the fork to my mouth before slightly gagging and shoving the fork in my mouth. I was too scared to eat. The food tasted amazing, but my appetite had disappeared earlier in the day when Ally didn't respond to her phone. Jc looked at me sadly. He knew I was nervous and anxious. He knew that I just wanted reassurance that both Kian and Ally were okay. It just kinda bothered me a little that he didn't really seem to care about his best friend.
Just then, I felt my phone buzz in my now sweaty palms. I jumped at the feeling of it but recomposed myself enough to look at the new notification. It was a text from Ally, and my heart nearly dropped at the words that shown across my screen. I burst out into tears and ran out the front door in fear. I heard Jc follow me almost instantly, but refused to stop moving. I couldn't breathe. I couldn't calm down. I couldn't handle anything right now.
