Reunion

Katie's pov

We were all just talking when we heard Dean walk in. We all ran to the kitchen when I saw a girl with black hair and amazing blue eyes. She was giving everybody hugs when it was my turn.

"Katie? Zoey?!" She shrieked. Just then I recognized her. Amber, Amber Delgado. She's my cousin. I know what you're thinking, how could I not recognize her? Well I haven't seen her in 5 years so it took me a while. She knew me when I moved in with zoey. When I moved she was getting bullied but I was so busy packing for Ireland that we lost touch.

"AMBER!" Zoey and I squealed. We ran up to her and gave her a hug.

"Wait you's know each other?" Dean asked surprised. We nodded and laughed.

"She's my cousin" I told everybody. They all looked surprised but nodded. We all hugged once more.

"So what do you want to do Amber?" Ryan asked.

We all agreed on pizza and the park.

Zoey and I spent some time catching up with amber and then went off while Amber and Dean caught up. They're cute but I feel bad for Ryan. He doesn't have a girlfriend and he's left out. I want to help him but you can't force love. The right person will come at the right time I'm sure.

I walked over to Bren and cuddled up next on a bench facing the lake.

"The view is beautiful" he said. I nodded before I realized he was looking at me. I blushed and gave him a peck on the nose. Just then something didn't feel right.

"What's wrong Kate?" Bren asked.

"W-what do y-you mean?"

"You just got really pale, like you saw a ghost.. is everything ok?"

"U-um no... something doesn't feel right..."

"Are you ok? What's not right??"

"I..." just then everything went black.
