I made my way back to the campfire relatively quickly. Peter was pacing around with his hand through his hair. He perked up when he saw me and looked past me with an anxious look on his face. Pele and Mitch sat on two logs, Mitch tapped his foot on the ground and had his head angled away from the flirtatious Pele. He too shifted his gaze to me, a look of disappointment on his face. Pele also looked at me momentarily and then busied herself with her hair.

"Where is she?" Peter asked his voice cracking mid speech.

I didn't answer but continued my stride before I was face to face with the individual who caused this whole thing to occur.
She slanted her eyes downwards not willing to make eye contact.

"Pele." I growled looking through her skull. I felt my whole body tense up with the furious rage I was holding back. She still didn't lift her gaze.

"Pele, look at me. " I boomed letting her get a taste of what I was feeling inside. She slowly found my eyes and I could not read what she was thinking. Her face was cool and collected and her eyes as expressionless as hazel stones. We held a stare for a minute and I felt my face contort with frustration. My eyebrows clenched together and my mouth turned into a sour scowl.

"Someone isn't as sweet and innocent as they seem, now are they?" Pele smirked straightening her posture.

"Funny for you to say Mrs. Perfect. Do you have any idea what you have done? Do you have any idea what Lani is going through right now... because of you?!" I let out, my heart beat gaining speed.

"Where is she?" Peter repeated. I told him to which he quickly responded with Mitch to retrieve her. That left Pele and I alone.

"Why'd you do it? What could you gain from bullying someone who has been nothing but nice to you. " I continued.

"Nice?" Pele scoffed.

"Let me finish God damn it," Pele remained in her seated position and adverted her eyes sideways into a slight shake of her head.
" We used to be best friends. We did everything together. There wasn't a day that went by that we didn't hang out. And then when we needed you the most. When our lives turned to absolute shit you didn't even look at us." I rambled feeling a hot tear fall down my face. I quickly brushed it away.

"I don't know what to say." Pele said looking to the ground a tinge of guilt radiating off her expression for a split second. "Other than I suppose being unstable runs in the family." She blurted out an angry glare coating her eyes. The fire light illuminated them with their orange, red and yellow dancing flames.

At this point there was no calming me down. My body was infuriated as it was and that one sentence was the spark that lit the fire.

"You bitch!" I declared at the top of my lungs. I felt my body temperature increase as well as my craving for revenge. I knew I wasn't making anything better by proving her point. But the only thing I was concerned about now was proving my point. I was done being calm, cool and collected all the time if I were an ocean my current emotions would be the hurricane.

Pele looked at me for a second before whipping her hand in to the side of my face. I clenched my jaw, tasting the coppery liquid of blood. I looked at her dead in the eyes shoving her with all my might. Things escalated pretty quickly after that. She turned around slamming me into the side of the clubhouse. I kicked her leg and as she toppled over and I kicked her stomach. She screamed a battle cry and kicked my kneecap knocking me on the ground beside her. From there she rolled on top of me pinning me to the ground.

"You are going to pay." She cried.

I gulped before the impact of her fist hit my nose. I used my torso to push her off of me and get on top of her, where I quickly rolled away.
